Great experience with Katchakid. Sales rep was super quick at getting back to us with a quote. Installation date was also very fast. Rogelio and Efren installed the net in under 4 hours. They were very patient with me in learning to take off and put on the net. They explained the warranty and what it covers. They explained that the equipment for pulling the net off needs to be sorted in the shade. I timed myself taking the net off by myself and it took me exactly 10minutes. That time includes me messing up a couple of times. With that said, it's super easy to put on and take off. As a mom to a one year old, I now feel super safe and secure that my husband and I decided on the net versus a fence. Thank you katchakid, we're very happy with our new net.
Mom of 3 boys, two toddler boys, honest review. My mother insisted we get a gate for safely, after speaking with the owner, we got the net. He mentioned this was the safest option for two toddler boys. He was right! I have had peace of mind when my kids are outside playing. We have had many parties where I not worried or stressed out with little ones in our backyard. I tell parents their child is safe, they will bounce back. Yes they will get wet if they trip and fall on the net, but they will not drown or have a life altering injury. I love this net! The more you practice using it, the faster it gets to install and uninstall. I would recommend this to everyone with a pool and little ones around.
The team was awesome, again. This is our second purchase and we can't rave enough about their consistent service quality and professionalism. We recommend Katchakid to everyone because we've seen it work.
When I originally heard what Katchakid quoted me, I was in disbelief. I had watched enough videos to know how to buy and install a pool cover myself, but this is their specialty. It would take me more time than I would consider worth it. As you can see, I have a kidney-shaped pool in a backyard that is covered by trees all along. The pool would be filled with leaves day after day and I would have to clear the pool skimmer twice a day for it not to damage my pool pump and filter. They made a custom-shaped cover just for my pool and installed it incredibly painlessly. The cover comes with a roller so when I have to service my pool, I can just roll the cover up and do it, and then replace the cover back on. This will help me with a ton of issues that I was having with my pool in this very hot weather. The price was incredibly fair and more than reasonable. I appreciate this company.
We had a great experience with the team at Katchakid! From the first call from Dave to the installation by Rogelio it was all top notch! Dave worked hard to get me a great price and to schedule a date that worked best for me. The communication via email and text as the date approached was excellent and then Rogelio did a great job with the installation and clean up after. He showed us how to use it and we took it off and on ourselves to make sure we understood. It isn't hard to do and the peace of mind it will give us when our grand babies are around you can't put a price on!
Ramon and team did a fantastic job installing our safety net. The install was fast, they cleaned up, and did an excellent job showing me how to put it on and take it off our pool. Really great job and highly recommended.
The net system looks better and is safer than a fence. It preserved our view and keeps the baby safe. The price was competitive and the quality excellent. Lily was our rep, she was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. The installation was great. Efren arrived on time, finished when he said he would and taught me how to use the system and had a great attitude the entire time.
I'm thrilled to share my positive experience with Katchakid! The installation of my pool net was handled by Roman, who truly impressed me with his punctuality and efficient work. Roman's professionalism and attention to detail were remarkable, making the installation process seamless. I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by Katchakid and Roman - a fantastic job overall! Everyone I spoke to you from this company was very friendly, personable, and professional. The process was very easy and I would highly recommend using this company if you're considering a pool safety net.
I used Katchakid to install a pool safety net. From the moment of inquiry, the business was professional and timely. They were able to give me an estimate through google maps (easier than having someone come out) and were able to schedule very quickly. My pool is odd shaped but they were able to make it work, tailoring it to my needs specifically. The installers, Efren and Gloria, were on time and very professional and efficient. The office staff, Liliana, who communicated with me through text (my preference) were always very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I am very satisfied with the final product and peace of mind that comes along with it.
Peace of mind. As new grandparents we urgently needed to childproof our fountain. How do you childproof a fountain without ruining the aesthetic? We were so close to turning the fountain off and filling it up with dirt. As a last ditch effort, I went online searching for ideas on childproofing fountains and found Katchakid. Katchakid childproofed our fountain and pool to match each other. Which I think looks great, since they are close together. I can not express enough gratitude for this company, the service, and the quality of their work. Thank you Katchakid for everything, you brought peace of mind to our family.

Did a lot of research, and settled on Katchakid. I knew that there was going to be work on my part to take the net on and off. What was surprising is how easy it was. I was expecting it to be kind of a hassle, but both myself and my wife have no problem with it. While not why we bought it, it looks pretty cool, especially compared to a fence in our backyard. Our pool equipment is able to run underneath the net, it's a great solution for our family and backyard. read more

- Quoting was fast and efficient. - Price was reasonable. - Install was fast and efficient. - Quality is sufficient, though bespoken does result in some "rough" edges over a pre-fab. That said, the overall look is better than a pre-fab. Happy with final product (debris cover, not safety cover) & do recommend. Next up.... my deck surface. Pools..... read more

Katchakid provided excellent service from the beginning when I inquired about the product through installation. They walked me through all of my options and explained everything in great detail. On the day of installation, Efran and Gloria arrived early and installed the net. Once complete, they shower me how to attach and remove the net from the pool. They answered all of my questions. The lead cover will be installed next week. I already received comments on the quality of the net. I took it off an on a couple of times and now I can do it easily. Today. the leaf cover was installed. Rogelio and Matias arrived on time and it took very little time to attach the cover. They showed me how to detach and attach the cover and it is easy to do. I definitely recommend Katchakid. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company and it's employees. From the estimate with Dave, to the install with Roman, Gloria and Matias, to a quick little repair with Rogelio and all the scheduling and communication in between with Lily, I am highly impressed. Everyone is kind, professional and efficient. They get the job done quickly and perfectly. The net is easy to use, put on, and take off and they don't leave until you're comfortable doing it yourself (even if that means showing and helping you multiple times!). It has given us complete peace of mind on our spool with two little boys who cannot swim. It is also a very attractive alternative to the larger pool gates! I would recommend Katchakid without reservation. read more

We were nervous about putting a net or fence into our brand new pool. However, we have four children under 12 years old and for us it was the sense of security! The installer came on time was super knowledgeable, friendly and again assured us this was the best decision we could make as a family. It literally only takes 20 seconds for a child to drown. Our kids know how to swim but accidents can happen to anyone. Once he made his first drill hole it was literally so small. I said to my husband the net looks great ! My fears were removed and I'm SO happy we have this custom net. It's super easy to put on and take off. I would 1000% recommend this business and I'm beyond happy for the sense of security! Thank you so much for helping our family keep safe with our brand new pool. read more

Our custom Katchakid pool (and jacuzzi) net cost $1890 including tax and installation. A friend with young kids had highly recommended this company to us. Within about a week of contacting Katchakid, we had a fully kid-safe net installed on our pool, and total peace of mind. I was rushed during the demo and ended up forgetting how to take the net off and put it back on, so they sent someone out a 2nd time to show me again - at no additional charge. We feel great about letting our kids play outside now, without having to worry about the pool being dangerous. Worth the investment! read more

Efren and Gloria traveled from Anaheim to my house in Thousand Oaks and arrived between 8am and 10am like promised. Arriving closer to 10am means they had to have been sitting in the car for close to 2 hours before doing the install as traffic coming from Anaheim and through LA during morning rush hour is horrendous. When they arrived, Efren and Gloria were both polite and professional; he made sure to go around the entire pool with me and make sure I was satisfied with the distances we agreed to have the fence from the pool's edge, making some minor adjustments from the original estimate along the way. The install only took about 3 hours. Once they were finished, Efren again walked me around the pool. In addition to showing me how the automatic gate works and can be adjusted and locked/unlocked, Efren also showed me how to take sections out or open up a small section if needed. He asked if I had any questions before giving me the plastic caps that will eventually cover the holes they drilled when we no longer need the fence and take it down. I have been very happy and satisfied with the high level of customer service I've received from Katchakid--from the moment I reached out for an estimate all the way to the end of the installation process and the follow-up making sure I was happy or had any additional questions. Also, a huge selling point in going with Katchakid was their ability to offer 18 months of interest-free financing. All the other companies I had gotten estimates from except for one, a couple of which were more local required me to pay half upfront with the remaining balance due upon installation completion. I just didn't have that much money to give upfront, but the fence is absolutely necessary with my daughter starting to crawl soon and summer two weeks away. I very much appreciate the opportunity to finance this big purchase. I can't say or recommend Katchakid enough! Thank you Kyeema, Efren, Gloria, and Georgina! read more

The Katchakid experience was a pleasure from beginning to end. Dave was our first point of contact and he was so professional and answered all of our questions on their safety net product . The install went great, arrived on time and every detail of the net was explained to us. Rogelio made sure we were comfortable with instruction on placement of the safety net and removal. Removal and replacement was way easier than I thought it would be. 5 minutes of work for a safer pool. Yes Please! We were very happy with Rogelio and Roman, and are glad to leave a 5 star review for Katchakid and them. Thank you for the peace of mind. Our 16 month old grandson can now play with us in the backyard and we know we have another layer of protection to keep him safe. It was a pleasure doing business with Katchakid. Wish there was 6 stars! read more

Roman came out to install our pool net and did a wonderful job! He arrived 10 minutes early (which almost never happens when you're given a window of arrival time, so greatly appreciated that!) Roman explained what he would be doing and went over the differences between having 1 versus 2 nets to cover the pool/spa. He did a great job installing the product and gave me a thorough walkthrough on how to use our new pool net. Highly impressed with Roman and the product!! Would 100% recommend read more
