    HIGH prices and limited selection, but staff is helpful…read more BE WARNED that if you buy anything that you have to GO INTO THEIR YARD to load they will take a picture of your license plate and vehicle WITHOUT telling you they are doing it. You can spend a thousand dollars in the store easily enough but buy a $5 2x4 that is in the yard and they compromise your privacy and security without informing you or asking your permission. A complete lack of respect and consideration for their customer's privacy and security. I'd rather drive to town then set foot in the Edgewood RAKS again. Protect your privacy and SHOP ELSEWHERE. The Edgewood - East Mountain area continues to suffer with businesses that aren't an asset to the community. They bend us over, take our money, and treat us like we are stupid.

We've…read morelived in Edgewood for 2.5 years and decided to wander in here despite the one negative review. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The supplies they have are comparable to Lowes in cost, and aside from hardware, generally less expensive by a dollar or more. The fuel savings alone is enough to make up for the items that are more expensive than in town. And! The fascia boards that Lowes has been unable to acquire for nearly 6 weeks, Raks was able to get in the same week (with a holiday) for less money (though higher tax and no military discount)! The bank hours aren't great for after work projects though, which is why we hadn't been in there. That, and the unreasonable and absurd review left on here. Businesses have the right to surveil their own property, just like anyone else. It's not an invasion of privacy or security, it's a protection of assets.

Some time ago I bought a $200+ Gallagher rodent trap that did not work and reported this to a store clerk. He replied that I was the only one who had made such a claim. I later learned that an Eldorado friend had complained about her non-functioning trap to the same clerk and he told her the same thing. Sometime later, I returned to the store to complain about the trap not working. The clerk admitted that a number of these traps were indeed malfunctioning and was told that they were waiting for parts. I regularly checked in over the weeks and was told each time that they were still waiting for parts. Some time later, I returned to the store, and the clerk took a look to see if he could fix it. After checking in with him over the next few weeks, he finally called to say he had repaired it. However, I soon discovered that the canister part was still leaking. Some time later, I returned to the store and spoke with Steve. who gave me the number to the manufacturer to call and arrange a shipment and exchange. At that time, Steve stated that he takes care of his customers. When I called, the manufacturer rep asked why the store wasn't handling this. I realized that I, a regular customer, was caught in a shipment war between Steve and the manufacturer. Not cool. Some time later, I returned to the store and spoke with the clerk, who took my faulty trap and added it to a box containing other parts and traps behind the counter. He said that they were going to ship it to the manufacturer for exchanges. Finally, the issue with my expensive purchase would be resolved. Not so. Some time later, I returned to the store and noticed that the box was still behind the counter, weeks later. I asked the clerk about it, and he said they were still arguing over who would pay for the shipment. I wrote to Steve last week that it is well past time for him to either replace my purchase with a working trap, reimburse my purchase, or credit me the $200+. I've not heard back.

He walked with such pizazz it was difficult not to leave in a better mood. I have been depressed and living outside the store, homeless but he gave me the tools to have a real, functioning tent.     First time ordering paint on homedepot.com and experience that the color was chosen for me. After…read moresampling on the side of my house, turns out the color was not what I expected it to be. I came to the Albuquerque Home Depot on Eubank and Luis was the one who I came into contact with. He was thorough about what had occurred and what had happened he explained to me that online sometimes does things differently. I drove 2 1/2 hours which is the nearest Home Depot and instead of turning me away and having me come back on a Monday he resolved my issue with the right color that I wanted. This is the service I expect from Home Depot as a pro member. Thank you very much Luis for hearing me out and understanding that again I did not choose that color because I would not be wasting my time or yours. Way too dark, especially in the summer, which will absorb the heat. When you shop at this Home Depot store and you're in the paint department look for Luis and ask for him by name he'll get you squared away and you'll feel like he was listening as he's doing his job. Thank you Then it went south for a second and Susan at customer service helped Luis fix the problem because now the refund went to the card and it takes 3-10 days. Susan worked her magic and undid what had occurred. Susan You saved me from having to return 2.5 hours and I sincerely appreciate your service!

    Arrived for rental pick up it was very slow and there are steps to pick up any rental equipment…read morewether it's in person nor online.The rental we picked up is a mini skid steer. The rental department needs extra help and the workers did their best with customers. Returning the equipment took longer as the staff had issues with the jack and he was the only one on duty.
