He soaked a pile of my children's toys, that I had attempted to move out of the way, and a good deal of our patio rug and furniture in the process. I witnessed the application from inside my home, and it was careless, haphazard, and seemed excessive. There were 18-inch wide swaths along the length and width of my patio concrete that were visibly wet ten to twenty minutes after the application. Now I have two kids under five at home under social distancing that I don't feel comfortable letting play on their own porch. Totally unacceptable.
