Our Maggie girl hadn't had her nails trimmed before and the gentleman walked us through the whole process and was so sweet with Maggie. She did great! After that we used the self service wash station. They walked us through exactly how to use it and made sure we had everything we needed! After the bath we got Maggie some treats and a new toy. The prices were really good! $10 for a nail trim and the toy we picked up would have cost twice what they were asking at any other pet store. For the nail clipping, the $10 would have been a great deal except the way the employee wanted me to hold my dog and and how he handled my dogs tail even after being told my dog had dig sensitivity issues was not ok. I know black nails are hard to clip, but the employee clipped too short 4 times causing my dog to yip in pain. The employees response was to be critical of the dog for being reactive. I'll go elsewhere for this service next time. On a different note, there's a great selection of dog foods and treats.

I gave two stars because the office staff and regular scoopers are great. kohl couldn't even bother to check the lower yard because he "assumed " that the dog didn't go there. we all know what assume stands for.
