I had no problems with my kitchen granite. It looks great. I had to pick out 3 different types of granite for my master bathroom as they dropped and broke my first two selections. This did not effect me cost wise, but time wise, I had to return to their store and make another selection. They made up for this by allowing me to select a premium grade remnant and charged me the same price as the lesser grade of granite that I had previously selected. They installed the counter top and it looks great. I highly recommend this company and should I need additional granite I will certainly visit them again. An added bonus is that they are located about a block from Arizona Tile.

The owner was scrambling to get it all together claiming she had no idea we were coming that morning. There was wood that still needed cutting, so this delayed our project. It would have settled bettered with us had she owned the mistake. Things happen. Instead, she made us feel that it was our fault. Thankfully, we had an invoice with the pick up date and details. They could not find their copy.

Really transformed our new back patio and torn down and replace the front porch which had a leak going back years. Tom brought in quality contractors for work Groff doesn't do themselves. Julian for demo, stucco and cement. I could tell Tom and Groff's reputation during inspections and coordinating with others really paid off. This is our 2nd big Groff project at two different homes in ~ 20 years and although we shopped this around, Groff clearly was the right choice!

I thought I was buying "rock". What I received is rock blended with sand, a significant amount not mere residue. I'm now in the process of sifting the rock to remove the sand, a very tedious process. If I were to go to Lowes, Home Depot or other seller of rock products I get 100% rock. If a bag were to contain even 10% sand most consumers would think they were being cheated as the sand would be visible. Yet that obviously doesn't apply to bulk delivery operations like Buildology. By the way, the State of NM has not set a standard so bulk sellers can legally misrepresent their product.

It's located between Paseo and Alameda on the frontage road, so it was a tad difficult to find the first time but it's worth it! Honestly, one of the most important reasons we chose this shop, aside from their great selection, was the fact that we were helped as soon as we walked in the door. One employee, Amber, came straight to us and helped us out so much! We had to leave for a meeting in the middle of our experience as Emser and when we came back, she had multiple samples laid out for each room in our house with options for designs and everything! She personally picked out the tile for my favorite room in the house so far! They are always ready to help us with anything we need and are super responsive whenever we come into the store. They remember who we are and know which account we have with them and it makes everything smooth! The tile comes in very quickly (less than a week in most cases), and they have never made any mistakes with us whatsoever. I don't know what happened in the past with the bad reviews but with Amber and Christy here, they place seems completely turned around. They will always have my business for tile needs as long as those ladies are there!

The staff of decorators they have are The most Knowledgeable in the industry as they have many years of experience on selection tile for individuals, and builders. They work with many tile installers that can install your tile. I find them to be the best and I have been selecting tile for homes for many years.

I did receive the quote as promised via email and wanted to schedule asap. While Mike was great in person, he did not respond to my follow up calls. I just went through Kimberly at their office and everything was scheduled no problems. We choose the vinyl topper and it was installed. The crew (two guys) who actually did the install were really great. Super friendly, hard working, and completed it all in one day.
