They all had the matching granite, but Design Alliance was the least expensive and the most helpful. They sent someone out to measure, and within a week we had our new countertop installed by their staff, who were all just amazing. It looks great and really "finishes" the kitchen. Best of all, the owner and the staff were so easy to work with and we couldn't be more pleased with their superior service. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with the product and installation provided by Floorscapes. We were scheduled…read morefor the first week in January but there was an opening in schedule that allowed installation two weeks prior to Christmas. We were promised the install would be completed by Christmas. We were skeptical but hopeful and since we chose not to decorate our home this year for the holidays we agreed to move forward with the installation. The 2 - 4 man crew were here daily and worked very hard to remove the old tile and carpet. Once all the old product was removed, the install was quick. The installation was completed as promised, two days before Christmas (10 day total project). The final result is amazing and beautiful. I am usually very handy around the house and consider myself quite the perfectionist however I have never taken on a project of this magnitude and I'm glad I chose not to. These guys really knew what they were doing and did a wonderful job. If you want the job done right, rely on professionals. Thank you Floorscapes. Great job!

"Joseline" our sales person went above and beyond doing a super job for us. I am a retired general contractor and I know about many of the issues that can come up with these types of jobs - all the issues were handled in a professional manner by Joseline. She personally delivered tile in her personal car when a time deadline was near - amazing. The crews for the installation of the carpet and wood flooring were great (I used a friend for the tile installation.) They had to move furniture and had to deal with clutter - no damages and no complaints - all were friendly and professional - great job by all. We would recommend Floorscapes to anyone needing flooring. Super experience with them.

We walked into the store on July 3rd looking at what they had to offer for stoves. While my husband…read morespoke with Oscar about stoves, I broke away and decided to browse the outdoor patio furniture side of the store. They have a wide variety of beautiful furniture that they offer. I came across some Berlin Gardens Comfo back slider guilders and I had a seat. I realized then and there that I must have them. If you are anything like me, I spend a lot of time in my backyard. I consider it my personal retreat. Putting nice furniture in the backyard only enhances my love for the space. We didn't have my husbands truck with us that day, so we told Oscar we would be back. They were closed for the 4th of July holiday, and they are closed on Sundays. We returned on Monday, and I was greeted by Oscar again. I told him I want two gliders, and that I was still trying to decide on the color. My husband made it, we decided on a color, purchased, and we loaded up. They even helped us by getting some cardboard to protect the chairs from the tie straps. I look forward to at least 20 years of use on these chairs, yes, that is the residential warranty.

The reason for only 4 stars is this: When we went to pick up the materials, she couldn't find our paperwork and our order was not ready. It would have settled bettered with us had she owned the mistake. Things happen. Instead, she made us feel that it was our fault. Thankfully, we had an invoice with the pick up date and details. And the reasons are the main factors we like for "contractors", licensed, insured, timely with all interactions and promises, communicative through the whole process. I attached photos but Tom's advice, experience and constant attention are very appreciated. His crew of Orlando, Zach and Robert were polite, constantly measuring and checking on quality. Really transformed our new back patio and torn down and replace the front porch which had a leak going back years. Tom brought in quality contractors for work Groff doesn't do themselves. Julian for demo, stucco and cement. I could tell Tom and Groff's reputation during inspections and coordinating with others really paid off. This is our 2nd big Groff project at two different homes in ~ 20 years and although we shopped this around, Groff clearly was the right choice!
