I don't often write reviews but have had very positive experiences with Floorscapes over the year…read morethat I wanted to share. Back in 2013 we had them install granite countertops in the kitchen and replace carpet with tile throughout most of our home. We were so pleased with the quality and workmanship that in 2014 we also had them redo the shower in the master bedroom, which has been a delight ever since. As other reviewers have noted in the past, the "serial" nature of the work can end up taking some time if issues are discovered, but the quality of the end product is worth it. This past summer we had a mysterious water leak that we thought might be related to the shower but in the end did not. Mark and Bill removed a few tiles and were unable to find a problem but helped us track it to other sources, starting with the roof, the air conditioning system, and finally a leak in the air conditioner located behind a wall common to the shower. Once the problem was solved we discovered that we had a lot of spare tiles from the previous jobs but not the ones we needed for the shower. They ordered and installed the right ones and did not charge me. Mark and Bill were true professionals throughout the ordeal, and I recommend their products and services highly.

"Joseline" our sales person went above and beyond doing a super job for us. I am a retired general contractor and I know about many of the issues that can come up with these types of jobs - all the issues were handled in a professional manner by Joseline. She personally delivered tile in her personal car when a time deadline was near - amazing. The crews for the installation of the carpet and wood flooring were great (I used a friend for the tile installation.) They had to move furniture and had to deal with clutter - no damages and no complaints - all were friendly and professional - great job by all. We would recommend Floorscapes to anyone needing flooring. Super experience with them.

My initial experience in-store was great helpful service and everything seemed smooth. However, when I got back to the job site and began working on the units, I realized that three of the valves were incorrect. I returned to the store to do an even exchange same items, same price, no refund requested. Unfortunately, I was told that without a receipt, they could not process the exchange. This was very frustrating, especially since it was a straightforward swap with no price difference. I was on a tight schedule and needed to get back to the job, and this lack of flexibility caused unnecessary delays. Given the situation, I expected a more customer-focused solution especially for a simple even exchange. Experiences like this make me reconsider where I'll shop in the future, and I may choose competitors like Lowe's or Home Depot next time.

They have decided to send me a new sign to my new address. It was a very nice surprise as I had never expected to see it again. I am very grateful that they are replacing it. I would now definitely do business with them again and I learned a valuable lesson when using PayPal to definitely double check the auto fill information that they provide to retailers. (Previous review) I ordered a custom address sign and used PayPal to pay for it. We moved 3 weeks after ordering the sign but figured we would get tracking info and would be able to pick it up once delivered. Apparently they sent it a few days after we moved but never sent us tracking info. After waiting 6-8 weeks I called Kiva Lighting to find out why it was taking so long and they said they had shipped it a month ago. I went back to my old address and it was not there. No neighbors had found it and neither did the rental management company taking care of the property. Kiva said it's PayPal's fault. PayPal said it was kivas fault. Now I'm out $135.00 and I have NOTHING to show for it. I went back to Kiva after trying to fight it through PayPal and they offered to replace it at a 25%discount which would still be over $100 more than what I already spent. I am so beyond frustrated with both this company and PayPal.

I called their number no answer all 3 times. Then i emailed 4 times and someone named Sonia stated she was sorry but it's now Out Of Stock... what? Then without asking me if I wanted a different style they refunded me without any help. Yes I wanted a different style so now I had to place my order all over again. She said she would check on the status and never replied back. Since July 7th...I have emailed and called them 6 times each. Very bad customer service. They will probably resound in another 20 days and tell me that one is Out Of Stock too. Nice items but that does not outweigh the horrible customer service.

We had found some…read morewe liked in a hotel, contacted the manufacturer, and we were told that this company handled them. So we stopped there the other day to see if we could get some. Short answer: not on your life, at least not from this company. We were "greeted" by a young man who came shuffling out of the back part of the store, wearing a scruffy tee-shirt and sporting a face that hadn't seen a razor in 4-5 days. He was incredibly uninterested in helping us, trying to point us toward another company even though we told him specifically what we wanted. He didn't try to find out how much they would cost, he said he'd have to "check into it", and didn't even ask our names for a return call. Avoid this business at all costs. If the owner of this company allows his employee to dress in such an unbusinesslike manner and deal with customers in this fashion, you don't need anything they have to offer.

Robert Strahle has been great, very responsive, and very professional since contacting him for countertops. He had just what I was looking for in stock. He came out with his Laser equipment to measure and make the template which is the newest in technology. Plus, he had some good ideas in solving some awkward area details. The finished project turned out great! The installers got it all done smoothly in 1 day without any issues. My new "downsized" house had laminate countertops and I hated them. Now I have beautiful Quartz tops. I just LOVE them!!! All day long my heart was pounding like a woman in "crazy love" as I watched my new tops being installed! The anticipation of Quartz tops finally in my kitchen was so huge! LOL!!! Now I can't keep my hands off my countertops either as I keep looking at them and feeling how smooth and beautiful they are. So after almost 2 years with ugly existing laminate tops I now have the beautiful Quartz tops I wanted. It's soooo worth it! My neighbors are anxious to see them as well and I'm anxious to show them off. Thank you - thank you Team Strahle!!
