I brought in a lamp which was of high quality and asked if it was economical to repair. A technician came to assess the lamp in the lobby and shared he could repair. I said great, and asked when I could come back to pick it up. He said it would be done in 20 minutes!!!! And the expense was more than reasonable. We looked at some lamp shades while we waited and bought 2. Great selection of shades and all sorts of lighting. The service here is outstanding. read more

This shop is quaint and unique! With that being said I bought a light there in June and one of the globes was cracked so the lady said no problem I will order you another one and, I will call you when it comes in it shouldn't take long. No one called I would call about every other week and about 4 to 5 months later she finally told me the store they ordered the part from went out of business and they could no longer get the New globe. It would've been nice if they had been honest with me I will not be purchasing items from the store again! read more

Great customer service! They are in the process of moving, so their inventory is low, but I was still able to find some 6 tasteful interior lights and they helped me figure out which lampshade to buy for a pair of matching vintage table lamps. read more

Tired of the made-in-China CRAP at big box stores? Stop in and look around! C'mon, you have a lamp that works but is kinda tired-looking. Or you bought one at a garage sale but the shade is broken or missing. Or you're a slumlord and one of your tenants left lamps behind with really disgusting shades. You need to visit this shop. All kinds of shades and lamp accessories, including specialty bulbs and accessories. The "staff" is all family; the young lady who helped us was perhaps 19 yet extremely knowledgeable and helpful. read more

Small cluttered shop in run down strip mall. The people working there were very nice and put in the effort to help you out. However, you have to ask them to turn every light on for you, and it is a pain you can't just turn them on yourself. The selection is decent, but since you can't turn the lights on yourself seems like it would deter some customers, like the way it did for us. This shop was out of our way and we decided to go with a closer shop that was not cluttered and we could turn on all of the lights we wanted to see. read more

Reasonable prices considering you are buying good quality products. They carry lamps in many catalogs and also have some pieces by local artists. This is the only store you will need for lighting needs. The people in this shop are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! I needed new shades for unusual lamps; such shades couldn't be found in any of the usual places. The folks here worked to find the perfect replacements, ordered parts I needed, tightened up the lamps, changed the harps, made the lamps look beautiful and all at a discount for multiple lamps. During my several visits to the shop, I heard advise/suggestions on where else to look for parts they could not obtain for people who came into the shop. They have a wide variety of usual and unusual lamp shades and the possibility of getting you what you need! The people in this store are real gems and an absolute joy to work with. read more

What a refreshing departure from the big-box home stores where everything looks the same. This place even has gorgeous ceiling fans which I think are, in general, very ugly. We went in for a lamp shade because our near-antique status floor lamp had the kind of attachment you can't find at Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. Lo & behold they had shades that fit of all shapes & patterned rice paper shades "Made in America" . Stunning. Did we pay more? Yes, but just a bit. & we saved costs by not having to buy new hardware to attach the more common methods. Then we started looking at light fixtures & OMG, they carry the trends but what they carry is a whole cut above what you see elsewhere. I woke up thinking about the Italian pendant lights we saw yesterday. This is where many of those Parade of Homes builders go. Interior lights, exterior lights, even some bathroom sinks. And they were so informative, both about aesthetics & function. So, before you shell out your $ at a big-box store, swing by here just to make sure you're getting the most. read more
