They have decided to send me a new sign to my new address. It was a very nice surprise as I had never expected to see it again. I am very grateful that they are replacing it. I would now definitely do business with them again and I learned a valuable lesson when using PayPal to definitely double check the auto fill information that they provide to retailers. (Previous review) I ordered a custom address sign and used PayPal to pay for it. We moved 3 weeks after ordering the sign but figured we would get tracking info and would be able to pick it up once delivered. Apparently they sent it a few days after we moved but never sent us tracking info. After waiting 6-8 weeks I called Kiva Lighting to find out why it was taking so long and they said they had shipped it a month ago. I went back to my old address and it was not there. No neighbors had found it and neither did the rental management company taking care of the property. Kiva said it's PayPal's fault. PayPal said it was kivas fault. Now I'm out $135.00 and I have NOTHING to show for it. I went back to Kiva after trying to fight it through PayPal and they offered to replace it at a 25%discount which would still be over $100 more than what I already spent. I am so beyond frustrated with both this company and PayPal.

Then without asking me if I wanted a different style they refunded me without any help. Yes I wanted a different style so now I had to place my order all over again. She said she would check on the status and never replied back. Since July 7th...I have emailed and called them 6 times each. Very bad customer service. They will probably resound in another 20 days and tell me that one is Out Of Stock too. Nice items but that does not outweigh the horrible customer service.

This was very frustrating, especially since it was a straightforward swap with no price difference. I was on a tight schedule and needed to get back to the job, and this lack of flexibility caused unnecessary delays. Given the situation, I expected a more customer-focused solution especially for a simple even exchange. Experiences like this make me reconsider where I'll shop in the future, and I may choose competitors like Lowe's or Home Depot next time.

I decided to write this review after seeing if the solar tube lighting held up well to the natural elements. They do!!! I walked into their showroom and they showed me different lighting. It was amazing because they didn't have lights on in the showroom and you could see how much light the solar tubes brought into the building. We have one solar tube in the bathroom and one in the kitchen/living room. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
