Love the breakfast option. You can purchase a breakfast bowl, breakfast burritos, fresh fruit, and more. Great way to start the day with a quick bite. Service was excellent. The staff behind the counter worked tirelessly to fill the orders so the wait time was extremely small (1-2 minutes). The cashier promptly assisted each person so you were put the door in less than 1 minute. There are limited seating outside but you can use the tables at the Barefoot Bar. There are large trash collection points conveniently located with walking distance.

This review is only for their snack bars incredible ice cream. I've been coming to this snack bar since I was a little girl for their ice cream cones. It's my favorite vanilla ice cream. It's kind of icy, yet creamy at the same time. I love the flavor so much. It's gone up in price over the years but it's still cheap for ice cream in Waikiki at $3.75.

Still a great place to go for lower-priced good food. No tax too. Located inside Hale Koa property. This place is available to public. We always eat breakfast here. Breakfast bowl has eggs, hash browns and choice of meat (bacon, sausage or Portuguese sausage). Starbucks drip coffee available. They have fruit, and breakfast sandwiches too. Lots of kid friendly food they will eat. Service is super friendly. Plenty of seating. You can even sit at Barefoot Bar and view the ocean.

Happy's is a really affordable place to grab a quick bite to eat if you're staying at Hale Koa. My family frequented Happy's for their breakfast bowls and fresh fruit during our stay. The serving sizes are decent and prices are fairly low compared to prices you'll see in the area. They are open really early too which is great if you're a little jet lagged. This isn't really a restaurant more of a convenience store with outdoor seating. Depending on the time of day there might be a short line but don't worry it will go by quick.

Best place for fast snacks, ice cream and dinner if you don't want to walk 10-15 minutes to McDonald's, Subway or anywhere else. Breakfast, lunch and dinner food right down the stairs.

Was passing thru this place and it was getting crowded. The food here is ok but I can tell you a great deal if you are on a serious budget!

We got a breakfast bowl and it was so much food for under $9. It's so nice to have something reasonable in the area in case you need a bit while on vacation. They had lots of coffee and fruit to supplement your meals. It's a serve yourself kind of place so don't expect there to be waiters or waitresses. There are a lot of birds and seating is all outside and there isn't a ton of it.

Great place to grab breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack. Perfect service! Eat outdoors and enjoy the fireworks on a Friday night.

Salads, fried chicken and Kalbi steak were excellent! An alternative to Bibas that is more affordable and frankly, tastes better.

Most of the time, the shrimps at most restaurants are spoiled without them knowing, but these shrimps were great! Great place for a group dining or with friends and family that doesn't mind the "pub" vibe and lively atmosphere. Inside is a bit warm because of all the grills so I'd dress light. The restaurant playlist had so many throwback songs so we loved that too hahaha Will bring back more friends next time!

While at a high price point, everything included in the sets were refillable so it was filling even if the entree portion itself may not seem like it. From the chicken to pork, shrimp, beef and poke, I didn't think there was anything that was lacking in flavor. If there was a way to order the macaroni salad as a side instead of just with the kid's entree, I totally would have. Even with reservation, it took us a while to get seated. But this was also the aunties ensuring we were going to sit together instead of two groups, so they waited for tables to open up to accommodate us, in addition to allowing us to be seated earlier (~30min), so I couldn't complain. And when another table opened up, without even asking, they pushed the table close to us again to allow for more space while we were already seated before our entrees came. The hospitality was so nice it felt like we were in Japan again. Super small shop but well worth it.

We got the pork katsu deluxe set and recommend getting another side of rice for 2 people. The fried oysters are also a standout dish so I definitely recommend that. Some of the offerings are: From the bakery: scones, muffins, bread puddings, cookies, cupcakes, bread, pies, and mochi desserts! The selections vary day to day. I highly recommend the banana-chocolate chip muffins, the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, and the scones. If there's fried poi mochi you better jump on that! From the kitchen: the breakfast specials are always on point. Buttermilk pancakes and breakfast crostinis are really quite delightful. I generally go with the fried rice loco moco because it's so filling. Bacon seems to be very popular in this place so make sure you leave room for that! Special events are great! The Table has themed gatherings that are invite-only and the food is plentiful (as well as the laughs). So far there's been a taco bar, a breakfast bar, and one day we had freshly made Rosemary lemon garlic focaccia bread with a spread of the Italian meats and cheeses. The only thing missing was the vino! I understand that The Table is working on their liquor license and they don't recommend BYOB yet as there are some restrictions based on the location. I love this place. Highly recommended!
