The polish is streaky and uneven, with visible brush marks, rough edges, and inconsistent application around the cuticles and sides of the toenails. The overall finish looks rushed and unprofessional. I made the owner aware of my concerns. He offered a 15% discount due to the poor shaping and also offered to have someone from another salon come over to reshape my nails. However, I was told there would be an additional wait. I arrived at 4:15 p.m. and did not leave until 7:15 p.m. After already spending three hours there, I was exhausted and simply wanted to go home. At that point, I decided I would have to reshape them myself. I appreciate that a partial discount and another technician were offered, but neither option adequately resolved the overall quality issues with both services. The results are clearly shown in the photos and do not reflect the standard I expected from a professional salon. I paid for a manicure and pedicure but left needing to correct the work myself.
