My daughter attends tutoring classes in the same building, so we decided to stop by after class one afternoon. She chose a Decoden project and had a wonderful time. The instructions were clear, the materials were well organized, and the environment felt safe and comfortable for children. What I appreciated most was that the staff encouraged creativity without rushing the process. My daughter was proud of what she made and couldn't wait to show it to her grandparents. It's a nice option for families looking for a constructive and enjoyable activity after school.

    Candles and muro dolls

I had the best time at this craft studio!! I went for the candle-making and muro doll workshop, and it was honestly such a fun and happy experience from start to finish. The space is super cute and bright, and it just puts you in a good mood right away. Everything is set up so nicely, and there are so many colors, scents, and little accessories to choose from. The staff were so sweet and welcoming. They explained everything clearly and made the whole experience feel really easy and enjoyable. I never felt rushed, and they really encouraged everyone to get creative and have fun with it. Making the candles was so satisfying, especially mixing different scents and seeing the final result. And the muro dolls were adorable--there were so many ways to decorate them, so each one turned out super unique. I couldn't stop smiling the whole time! Overall, it was such a positive and feel-good activity. I would 100% recommend this place if you want something fun, creative, and just genuinely uplifting. Definitely coming back again!

It was so satisfying to see the 3D printed works come to life.

When we arrived, they told me there is also a mandatory 18% gratuity. First, that is legally supposed to be disclosed clearly and in advance which it was not. The kids picked out their paint colors and then we found out that your location was out of (six) different colors that they wanted and they had to settle for less appealing options. The attendants were slow to replenish the paint and acted like it was an inconvenience, even though they were getting a "mandatory gratuity". They could have been nicer and more friendly. One of the colors they "replenished" was not the same color as we got at the beginning even though we asked for the same color # and the attendant even checked the # to make sure, and one of the kids ending up having two different colors of paint in one section of her ceramic piece that she was really disappointed about. When we asked the attendant how we could fix it, she said she didn't know and literally walked away mid-conversation to help someone else. She clearly did not care about our party once we sat down. My bill was almost $300 and the mandatory gratuity was $49.32 which was absolutely not worth the service we got. I doubt we would come back to your store since we never had this issue at Color Me Mine.

We came during the week around midday, so parking was easy to find, but if you're coming on a weekend or in the evening, I'd recommend arriving early since parking is limited. Our instructor, Sage, was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through the entire pottery-making process and making it feel approachable even for beginners. We made two pieces total--one hand-built and one thrown on the wheel--which was really fun and exciting to try. The whole experience was creative, relaxing, and unique. I would definitely recommend this class and will be suggesting it to friends and family!

My wife got out of the car and was at the door inside that window. They wouldn't let her in without me, and I was still parking. I walked in 11 minutes after the start -- one minute past their cutoff. There were maybe four to six people in the room. I explained the family situation involving my son. I told them it was our anniversary. My wife was distraught, and I pleaded with them and tried to reason with them. They turned us away anyway. We weren't asking anyone to slow the class down or stay late -- we would have caught up on our own. My wife left humiliated on the day she had planned as a gift. I get it -- you have to run a business, and you have to start on time. But she was there inside the window you gave us and you wouldn't seat her. It came down to one minute and two people standing in front of you, and you chose the minute. The class started without us. So did the last impression I'll have of this place.

The workshop was well received by all my colleagues (~50 people). In addition, Melissa executed this workshop among a few different locations, making the effort to get our other offices all the materials in advance. I would highly recommend Melissa in any corporate event. Melissa and I had a few calls and traded a number of emails about this event. While she was responsive to my questions, she was also able to run with the event without much guidance. The day of the event, Melissa arrived on time (early) to set up, taking care to protect the tables with disposable tablecloths. She set out all the materials (including decorative rocks and pretty colored moss) and guided participants through the workshop. She was happy to answer any questions. Afterwards, she cleaned up quickly and thoroughly. My colleagues thought the event was relaxing; it was a nice team building and we created something pretty for our office. It can be stressful working with Type A people (me) and in company events, and I was blown away by Melissa's dedication. We would be happy to work with Melissa again.

Horrible customer service…read more I was really disappointed with my experience here. I stopped in earlier today to pick out some beads and bubble letter charms. The employee initially told me she thought the bubble letter charms were around $3 each, but she wasn't 100% sure and needed to double-check. Because she was busy helping other customers, I told her I'd leave everything under my name and come back later once she confirmed the pricing. When I returned, I found that she had already threaded every letter charm onto a chain. I never asked for this service, and it was never discussed with me. She then told me the charms were actually $40 each, which was much more than I expected based on the initial estimate. I politely declined to purchase the charms and said I'd still like to buy the other beads I had selected. That's when she told me I owed a fee for the letter charms because she had put the chains through them. At no point was I asked if I wanted that done, nor was anyone tell me there would be a fee for it. I explained that I wasn't comfortable paying for a service I never requested, but she continued to insist. Because of how the situation was handled, I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Unfortunately, they lost a sale and a future customer. Beyond that, the customer service during both of my visits felt rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking questions and trying to make a purchase. I value good customer service just as much as the products themselves, and this experience fell far short of that.

They could have issued me store credit, charged a restocking fee, and they would still have us as customers.
