I really like this boba spot. I had the Biscoff cookie milk tea with boba. I also came during their happy hour which is 10% off your order. The drink itself was really tasty, but it was a little off because of the grainy texture from the Biscoff. The staff was great and I'd love to come try their other drinks!

This was a really fun drink shop. The signature creations on their menu (and there are a lot of them) made picking a drink really hard because they all looked so good! I got a peach tea with lychee! Wouldn't hesitate to come back here again!

I think I may have found my favorite boba spot in Glendale. I ordered the Happy Cup house tea with boba, but they were kind enough to replace the condensed milk with half and half to reduce some of the sweetness. I was very, very satisfied. The boba was also so fresh it was warm. I'll be by again to sample more of the menu.

The milk tea was just too sweet and seemed there was too much milk. And the coco pineapple mango had a strange taste to it. Maybe the milk to tea ratio seems a bit off. For both drinks. I will give this place another chance and order something different. However the boba was decent and it was freshly made. The lady that helped us was sweet and helpful though. Love the cute little shop but sadly the drinks did not deliver.

The service was nice drinks tasty !! Lady at cash register was kind and we also got two croc charms.

My first time visiting Happy Cup and 10/10 would come back within a heart beat. Victoria helped me out with deciding the best sweetness level for the Happy Cup Milk Tea. It was the perfect sweetness level for me. I added pudding and the pudding is so creamy and delicious. My husband got cookies n cream. He enjoyed it and he said it's not too sweet. The service was quick and she answered all my questions. Not to mention the ambiance is so cute, clean, and refreshing.

Been wanting to go to this since I bookmarked this year! Glad that I made the time to come and try out their Boba drinks!

Got a couple drinks otw home from LA. I got a Happy Cup Milk Tea which tastes like Hong Kong Milk Tea and my girlfriend got Blue Honey. The worker was nice, easy street parking, seating and restroom available. Nice little boba shop in Glendale! *the other drinks were for friends

We wanted to make a tea stop after visiting Forest Lawn on a Saturday afternoon. Happy Cup seemed to be the nearest option. This is another average tea shop. The tea and boba was good enough. The young lady who assisted us was helpful enough, but not very warm and welcoming. The shop was clean, but it is a bit difficult to get to. We couldn't find nearby parking, since the lot next door is strictly for the candy store. It's not clear how a boba shop in the middle of the block on a busy street with no street parking survives - maybe all their business is from from the surrounding offices during the week?

Wow!! Happy cup literally makes you so happy. I found this boba shop through instagram and I was like I SOOO GOT TO CHECK THIS OUTTTTT!!!!! I got the strawbery matcha and my tastebuds JUMPED IN JOY! While the very nice worker was making my drink, she was talking to me like we were best friends LOL! The atmosphere was so calming and wonderful, a perfect place to study and talk to your friends! 100000/10 boba place!! try the strawberrymatcha ;) will be trying a milk tea next time.

We were up to try a new milk tea place in Glendale and so we did. There were so many great reviews, so we were so hopeful. We were so disappointed. I ordered a fruit cup-- peach and mango, 75% sweet. It tasted just okay, when I was half way drinking it, it tasted water. One of us ordered the Roasted Oolong tea and it tasted straight out milk. My partner then asked for a new one. One of staff tasted the batch of milk tea where they took it and he said, it didn't have any tea in it. He then prepared a new one then after a while, he said that they ran out of bobas. At this point, we just asked for a refund. The store has a nice layout, refreshing paint. Parking is difficult since it is in the main street.

Top notch service and boba the ladies were awesome !! Amazing definitely recommend. Get the lavander

The decor and logo of this place is super cute but the drinks I ordered fell flat. I might go again if all other options fail me. Hojicha green tea w half n half 50% sweet less ice w boba: The first sip was pretty decent but it got diluted really quickly and started tasting more like milk w a hint of hojicha. The boba was hard bc they used the ones stuck to the bottom o.o 1/5 Hojicha green tea 50% sugar no ice w fresh boba: Already the boba is much better and has no hard spots but it's more of like a gummy consistency and not as squishy as I prefer. The drink was pretty good without milk. I honestly wouldn't get the boba here. 3/5 Sample of Coral: Now this sample was p good! Nice balance between lychee, jasmine, and calamansi. 4/5 ~~~~~~~ Ube milk tea w half n half 50% sugar less ice w pudding: The pudding is just your typical pudding. The drink itself honestly tastes like yummy mill when mixed. I really can't taste the ube. 2/5

I was so excited to try out this place because of their cute store name & it looked really nice inside. I ordered their ube milk tea, 50% sweet. The fact that it says "ube" in it and not taro made me even more excited! However, I was really disappointed with my order. I am Filipino and believe me when I say that I know what an ube flavor taste like. Their ube milk tea is not even close to what an ube flavor should taste like. I would still come back and maybe give it another try but with 100% sweetness level. But then again, the ube flavor should not come from the sweetness level of the drink. read more

I enjoy this boba shop! My first time going, I ordered a Butterscotch boba and it was amazing!! Maria was so friendly and kind that she wanted me to make sure I liked my boba. That butterscotch milk tea had the perfect amount of sweetness! My husband ordered a Sunset tea and it had calamansi in it and I love anything with calamansi because it just reminds me of Christmas! My husband and I took a walk with our puppy to get boba from Happy Cup for the first time after wanting to try it for some time now and oh how I wish we went sooner! My friend and I have been eyeing this place for a while now and we finally tried it... we had high hopes for this place looking at pictures online and from the outside street view it looked really nice and clean inside and it was. Oh wow never have I said this about any Boba place this place really is just awful. My friend got an Ube milk tea and I got a honeydew milk tea and it was just so disgusting I don't know what kind of milk they used I think whole milk but it might've been expired. We thought maybe the Boba could make up for these awful tasting drinks, but no it was awful too, it was over cooked and it wasn't even the end of the night. Also why are you gonna ask for each drink modification if your not going to make them in the way I asked for... PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! read more

Will definitely be returning to try all their drinks! I've been here a few times and never been disappointed. The staff are all very friendly. They are happy to make suggestions if you're not sure what to order. Coral and Hesperia from their Signature Fruity Teas are a must-try. I love that the Hesperia had REAL dragonfruit in it and not that weird, freeze-dried nonsense you may find elsewhere. Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, but they're delicious, too. If you're into milk tea drinks, the Brown Sugar Heaven was phenomenal, even with 50% sugar. Give the Butterscotch Milk Tea a try. I wasn't sure what to expect with that one since I haven't seen it anywhere else, but I'm so glad I did. It's difficult to describe... yummy and delicious aren't good enough to describe it. There are some caffeine-free drinks, which is great for the kiddos. Bottom line: If you want a unique and satisfying drink, this is the spot. read more

We were excited to give this spot a shot. Probably shouldn't have. We ordered 4 drinks. Left and returned about 10 minutes later to find that a couple who ordered after us, received their drinks before us. Only 2 had been made and we had to wait another 5 minutes. No apologies made. We won't be back. Word of advice - don't do that again. If we ordered first, make our drinks first, especially if you're a one person operation. Drinks are fine, a little on the pricier side in comparison with other drink places. Indio, Hesperus and Mojave drinks are fine. Saguaro is a hard pass. read more

A female staff member said I could, so I ordered at the counter and asked her what drinks could be made caffeine-free. She very kindly told me that if I let her know which drink I wanted, she would make it without caffeine for me. The female staff who took my order was incredibly friendly. I ordered the Mango Coconut Boom, and it was great that they had a display board showing which order numbers were currently being made while I waited. After waiting for about 5 to 8 minutes, my drink came out, and it was really delicious. It wasn't too sweet and was very refreshing. (I actually try to avoid drinking sugary drinks because of my teeth. Ever since spending a fortune at the dentist a few years ago, I've been taking extra care of my teeth. So I usually don't drink sweet beverages, but this one didn't bother my teeth at all, which made it even better.) The only downside is that this location doesn't have any tables or seating space. Still, the drink was so delicious and refreshing that I finished it in a flash, and the staff who took my order was so friendly, which was great. So I just ordered a regular size yesterday, but it was so good that I drank it so fast.) In the past, this was an excellent establishment where guests were greeted promptly and felt attended to. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my recent visit. I stood waiting for a significant amount of time while two employees in the back were focused entirely on a personal conversation, seemingly ignoring the front of the establishment. It is disheartening to see such a decline in the level of service. I hope management addresses this, as the atmosphere and attentiveness were what made me a regular customer in the first place.

Service was good. The ambiance was also nice, cute little decorations. The boba drinks, though, tasted pretty much as if it was just made of water & powder. We ordered the "happy cup milk tea" - didn't taste like there was any milk at all, just tasted like water & powdered tea. Also ordered the "honey lavander latte" - I was initially scared to try it at first 'cause it looked like it was just milk & ice. It didn't seem like there was any coffee on it, just lavander syrup & maybe a little tiny dash of honey. read more

We love this place. The menu is big! I always opt for the Taro Slushy with Boba. I love how they use real Taro on top of the drink. It makes the texture even better to drink. This is the largest variety of drinks I have ever seen. You can come every day and drink a different drink and probably for 3 months you will drink different things. The most interesting thing is that they give the option to choose the amount of sugar from 0% 25% 50% 75% 100% this is very interesting, because even I have not seen this yet. It's nice to walk into a place where you recognize the person taking your order and you know you're going to get good service. It has a cute eclectic feel and I love that they support a lot of local community artists and artisans. Every so often they have curated and thematic coffee drinks. This past month it was an ode to "Gilmore Girls". But if you like your java simple, their cappuccinos and lattes are custom made and sweetened to your liking. The baristas are always friendly and very willing to cater to your taste buds. Even when annoying customers (like me) play Eeny-Meenie-Miny-Moe with various drink options, they refrain from rolling their eyes. I'm surprised because I'm rolling my own eyes at my sense of indecision. Also, they have seasonal offerings and infuse gourmet ingredients like butterscotch, rose water, strawberries with matcha, and even lemon curd in some of their recipes. As far as seating goes, it's an intimate little shop. But you can sip on your drink and snack on a pastry alongside their big picture windows, or you can enjoy their outdoor seating. If you have little ones, then the Adams Square Mini Park is just across the way along the colorful pedestrian crosswalk. And for those who enjoy art, the revolving installations from community artists inside the historical 1936 Streamline Moderne-style gas station, designed by architect W.A. Church is a treat.

The initial feel is that of a convenience store, but smaller. It's a cozy nook, though. They have mostly pre-made food options, but a good amount of variety (lots of sanwiches on different kinds of bread, and even a few sushi rolls!) at reasonable prices. They also have a good baked good selection. I ordered a Grande Strawberry-Banana smoothie, so I can't comment on the coffee. It was a good size for the $3.75 price tag, and is more frothy than what you might come to expect from a chain (the Jambas of the world). Some people like a more liquid smoothie and some don't. I generally do. The service was friendly and quick (although I was one of two customers in the establishment at around 2pm). There are a few tables and chairs. My impression is that Coffee Cup would be a welcome respite from the daily grind, and one that is unlikely to become swamped during busy hours.
