With service fees included, it came to a total of $3 per drink. However, when we got to the counter they said their HungryPanda app was broken - but the worker was super friendly and accommodating and made our drinks within a couple minutes. The drinks themselves were quite good! The boba was fresh and chewy and the matcha was stronger than I expected. Smooth and not too sweet. Definitely recommend! The storefront is also super nice, perfect for sitting and hanging out. We parked in the pharmacy across the street, though we weren't technically allowed to (customers only sign). There is a 90 minute free parking structure but we couldn't find it.

Yesterday (October 3rd, Saturday) I got a Mango Coconut Boom at Hey Tea in the Glendale Galleria…read more The line for the kiosk was long, so I went to the counter and asked if I could order here. A female staff member said I could, so I ordered at the counter and asked her what drinks could be made caffeine-free. She very kindly told me that if I let her know which drink I wanted, she would make it without caffeine for me. The female staff who took my order was incredibly friendly. I ordered the Mango Coconut Boom, and it was great that they had a display board showing which order numbers were currently being made while I waited. After waiting for about 5 to 8 minutes, my drink came out, and it was really delicious. It wasn't too sweet and was very refreshing. (I actually try to avoid drinking sugary drinks because of my teeth. Ever since spending a fortune at the dentist a few years ago, I've been taking extra care of my teeth. So I usually don't drink sweet beverages, but this one didn't bother my teeth at all, which made it even better.) The only downside is that this location doesn't have any tables or seating space. Still, the drink was so delicious and refreshing that I finished it in a flash, and the staff who took my order was so friendly, which was great. (Even when Starbucks gives out free drinks sometimes with my reward points, I never order a Venti because I think it's a waste to order a large size just because it's free if I can't even finish it. So I just ordered a regular size yesterday, but it was so good that I drank it so fast.) I heard Hey Tea is very popular lately and that a lot of people love it, so I went out of curiosity yesterday, and I am completely satisfied.

Mine was a take-out and it took over 40 minutes to arrive but look how perfect they still look! The berry chocolate one was delicious and as expected. At any rate, everything else was delicious!

This is one of those times where my girlfriend and I had completely different opinions lol…read more We tried a couple of their fruitier drinks, including the grape/Muscat one and one of the pink drinks. For me, they were way too tart. I tend to like my drinks sweeter, so these just weren't hitting for me at all. My girlfriend, on the other hand, loved them. So I don't necessarily think the drinks were bad. If you like fruit-forward drinks that are more tart and less sweet, this might actually be exactly what you want. It just wasn't what I personally like. The branding and presentation are cute, and I understand the appeal. I just wouldn't come back specifically for the drinks we tried.

Unfortunately, that was not the case during my recent visit.
