The drink was great I got a mango ice tea no boba but what really was not great was the staff. These three ladies did nothing but gossip for 20 minutes while 1 of the other worker not shown in this picture did all the work which pushed wait time up and they only stopped gossiping when all the drink were ready (none by them) to just pass it out and then continue to gossip. We were at the Glendale Galleria because we needed camping stuff at Dick's Sporting Goods. I saw that this was a newish addition to the mall and was excited because I always go to the Sharetea on Duarte Rd with my sister. I was going to get the QQ Milk Tea, but didn't realize it had 6 toppings - a bit too intense for my taste. So I got the wintermelon tea with fresh milk and my hubby got the classic black milk tea with boba. It wasn't crowded when we got there - may 2-3 people deep, but got SUPER busy as we were waiting for our drinks. The workers all seemed to have a purpose, one cashier, one person to put the boba into the cups, a tea mixer and the cup sealer. Pretty efficient, but they probably needed one more cashier to take orders as the line was building up. We got our drinks - waited maybe 5-6 minutes. My wintermelon tea was good, but a little sweet. I'm not sure if I've tried this place before. I've been to so many, I lose track. This place was nice. You put in your order and you choose how much ice or sweetness you want. I don't like my tea too sweet, I did 50% and regular ice. I got a tropical tea with Lycee jelly. I liked the tea, but it was still way too sweet. Next time, I'll go for 30%. Too think what it would taste like with 100% sweetness in my tea. When I thought the 50% was too sweet. That is way, way too sweet. read more

Frequent visitor of other Sharetea stores so the quality is comparable. However, they messed up my boba order. When I specifically asked for no ice, the girl making the drink added ice to the Okinawa milk tea! I didn't notice it until I left the mall so it was too much of a hassle to head back. It's on the 2nd floor of the Glendale Galleria right across the entrance to Dick's Sporting Goods and is right next to the escalator going to the 3rd floor near Blaze Pizza. You can't miss it. There is even a table dedicated to those that are handicapped which is great! The staff looked very friendly and got along very well. This place has great staff who are always upbeat and friendly. I've been here a few times and loooove their pearls (mini boba). My friend and I passed by when they were training and the owners gave us free drinks just for walking by. We came back because we really enjoyed those free (full-size) samples! When we came back one of the workers gave me regular boba instead of the pearls and they remade my drink completely and let me keep the "wrong" drink. Great customer service, great products.
