Clearly not here to listen nor even care to try to understood how ridiculous he sounded due to the fact that LOWES has now messed up our fridge order TWICE and we were there to see about getting another one. Since he was clearly uninterested in even speaking with us at that point, we left. 5 minute interaction by the way. Yet another terrible interaction from this location which is why we have been going out of our way to visit the Beavercreek location which so far has been more than a delight to work with.

Keep in mind all of those associates individually confirmed the SKU #s of the items I was purchasing lined up with deal. Mike told me "it's an online only deal" and walked away. He offered to comp about half of the item that was supposed to be free. I left and found the deal in "store mode" on the Home Depot app and called Mike back over to show him that the deal is available in store as well. He told me to "take it up with corporate". He also told me to order online and wait for the order to process for 15 minutes. You'd think if I can stand in the store and order the deal online, he could use his mighty manager powers to honor the deal in store as well. He chose not to. In total wasted over an hour of my time and was offered no acceptable solution. Thanks Mike! Won't be coming back.

They always have a decent selection and items in stock. I like that there is a separate entrance/exit and checkout just for the garden center if you wish. Menards is my favorite home improvement store. The prices and service can't be beat. A lot of their deals are combined with mail in rebates, which I don't mind because there is always something else I need to come back and buy! Turn around time on the rebates is fairly quick.

Lowe's and Home Depot have way better customer service and actually give you ALL of your money back on a return.

I am constantly amazed that they actually have what I need; that staff knows where it is and that I don't have to walk a mile & still search for it. There is a good reason why this last neighborhood owned hardware store still in business. Yes, prices are usually a tad higher than big box stores. In my view, more than worth it. I always walk here first. Rarely do I have to drive somewhere else. If you factor in the cost to drive to big box store, Greive is actually much cheaper.
