I told her that we bought from Sherwin-Williams for their expertise in estimating the volume and paint quality. I asked her if there was any other solution. She recommended another brand that would be close to my original brand. I told her that solution wouldn't work as I will look at it for the next 25 years. I asked her why I should buy from Sherwin-William if there was no difference than buying from a Home Depot. She told me to leave and said if I didn't she would "call someone." I assumed she was going to call the police. Stephaine, her co-worker, just laughed. As I walked out, Shelby told me to call her supervisor. I trusted Sherwin-Williams to help me with my paint needs only to have a shed that needs a little more paint. I guess I have learned my lesson on the character of your company. Sad. I am constantly amazed that they actually have what I need; that staff knows where it is and that I don't have to walk a mile & still search for it. Even better, the person who will walk you to the item you need is the 1st person you see when you walk in the door. There is a good reason why this last neighborhood owned hardware store still in business. Yes, prices are usually a tad higher than big box stores. In my view, more than worth it. I always walk here first. Rarely do I have to drive somewhere else. If you factor in the cost to drive to big box store, Greive is actually much cheaper.

Then as it's delivered its all beat up , melted top,and clock is missing parts of its numbers, as he turns it on and it starts smoking saying it's the chemicals they used to clean, Ya OK..burning bugs! This is a nightmare! They take no responsibility and try to threaten store credit of damaged , no refunds, you all brought it to me damaged and infested, this is highly stressing my family and animals out. Now I wait for them to say when they do pick it up, that's not our stove, as they took our older perfectly working stove. Our world is now turned upside down now. These people know exactly how their business runs and what they take in. They call themselves a church yeah what are they worship roaches. Their day will come it will be investigated.
