    Customer service at this location is in the toilet. We ordered a replacement glass for our front door and paid for it Oct. 31. We were told it was in stock ar the factory and would be 2 weeks...tops. waited 3 weeks and went in to check, and they told us it would be in on Friday. Friday our son went to check and it wasnt in. They couldnt give him an estimate on when it would arrive. The store manager told him " this company doesnt ship to us on a regular basis and we just dont know." My son said we paid up front and our home wasnt secure and they needed to call and get it asap. They asked him why he was hostile? After we ordered (and paid) I tried to schedule installation. "We dont do that." Huh? You cant install what you sell? " Nope....only install new doors." I offered to pay a full door price and was told "nope" Five weeks and it finally arrived but they couldnt find it. They did allow my son to go back and locate it. And the door is finally fixed. It was an eyesore and I cringed every time I looked at it. Lowes are closing stores all over the country. One thing for sure...we will never ever be getting together again. That is my story.

    I order a refrigerator on April 22, 2020. They called to schedule and confirm the delivery on April 23, 2020. I was told it would be delivered 7:30 to 11:30 am. On April 24, 2020 at 10:18 am. I was called and told that they did not have the refrigerator and I should call around to find it so they can transfer the sale. Well an hour later I was told by a lowes store in centerville that it was filled and waiting on delivery by the dayton mall store. Called back to Dayton mall store and told they didn't have it at the time of scheduled delivery. I spoke with a male manager who hung up on me. Then called back and spoke with a female manager who said it was in the store and would be delivered on saturday. Then she said it would have to be delivered on Sunday. I should be getting a call to schedule the delivery Saturday night after 6 PM. It is now Sunday morning no phone call from them. I called the store yet again, and was put on hold, no answer, and then hung up on again. Checked the order status and seen it is scheduled for delivery April 26, 2020 from 8 am to 8 pm. Called back and the lady sent me to the delivery phone and it just rang until the line disconnected the phone call. I called back and then get told that the delivery people don't come in until am and to call back in an hour. So now im waiting still for some kind of answer. Will update the end if it ever gets delivered. Well another 2 hours on these phone after it was not going to be delivered. They was going to give me a loaner one until the one I ordered came in. My parents didn't want to have to move the food 2 more times. Ended up cancelling the order. Went to Springfield lowes and they called to order the refrigerator and was told no because they discontinued that one. They ended up selling me the floor display. May get it tomorrow.

I guess they don't inspect carpet before they put it on the truck? We moved all the furniture, and were sleeping on the floor, didn't want to move it all again twice. I spoke with Adam the manager and he told me he would look into giving me a discount after the carpet was installed. The installers called and told me they couldn't get back to me until November 29th. I didn't want to sleep on the floor for another 11 days. We had been sleeping on the floor over a week at this point. I wanted to return the carpet, as I have family coming for the holiday and Adam told me he would have to charge a restocking fee? I told him I was unhappy and I wanted some kind of discount. He said he make a few calls and get back to me, then the installers called and could install the next day. Which is great but I've been sleeping on the floor for over a week. They came the next day and got it installed. Adam never got back to me. I'm disappointed in his attitude and in his inability to communicate. I Won't be purchasing anything from that store again. To Home Depot: the link you posted does not work

I went to grab one of the things I needed and found it was locked??? We are in Centerville so why is a simple screwdriver set locked? Which was extremely aggravating as I was short on time with a restless toddler. But I needed the tool so I waited in the cashier line since there was no one else around to ask for help. When I got to the front I asked him to unlock the item. He said that he would help me, but is going to ring the lady out who was behind me first....strike 1 as I had been already waiting for a while and now he wants to help others who were behind me. He didn't even ask me if that would be alright with me. He rings the lady out, which was a water jug exchange. She asks him to take the new jug to the car. He tells me to wait "four seconds"as he takes the water to her car. Strike 2 Why couldn't that lady wait until he helped me? Clearly as a black woman in a predominantly white neighborhood it was very evident my time was not as important or important at all as this white woman's. I wait then a considerable amount of time until FINALLY other employees show up out the blue. I ask one of them if they can help me and he apprehensively with raised eyebrows goes "Okkkkayy, what do you need". Strike 3 The micro racial aggression is palpable at this point. Like no mention of an apology of the very clear fact there is no one around, I need help, and no ask if I had been waiting a while. Which I have but the cashier thought helping other people was more of a priority than helping me. On top of that the second item I needed was simply a power screwdriver which they don't have in stock. What kind of hardware store doesn't have that... Overall a terrible experience. Not going back. And finding more avenues to post this review and give 1 star for one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in my life.

I didn't know till after the delivery where it was from. And I said oh NO, spider eggs and roach filled stove, took only over night to get roaches on my clean home! Got the stove out told them to pick it up and get it out of here knowing roaches will come in from outside from this,stove. And then the scam...our stove never had bugs, it's yoir fault, yet they waited days to pick it up outside my yard. Then as it's delivered its all beat up , melted top,and clock is missing parts of its numbers, as he turns it on and it starts smoking saying it's the chemicals they used to clean, Ya OK..burning bugs! This is a nightmare! They take no responsibility and try to threaten store credit of damaged , no refunds, you all brought it to me damaged and infested, this is highly stressing my family and animals out. Now I wait for them to say when they do pick it up, that's not our stove, as they took our older perfectly working stove. Our world is now turned upside down now. These people know exactly how their business runs and what they take in. They call themselves a church yeah what are they worship roaches. Their day will come it will be investigated. This is long time buildup infestation
