Once I tested the paint I decided to use a different brand and went to return the unopened unused paint and they wouldn't allow me to. I'm sure the salesperson works on commission and tricked me into purchasing more than just a sample size knowing I couldn't return the rest. I spoke to the store manager and owner and they said "sorry, we will not do anything to help you". Obviously I wanted my money back but said I would take a store credit and still they wouldn't help me. I was pregnant with 2 toddlers so they knew I didn't have all day to stand and argue. Ordered one from menards, it also didn't fit correctly due to the dishwasher and they brought the wrong cord for the new oven anyway. I had them take it back and was told I needed to go into the store to get my refund. I went into the store and got the run around and was told I had to contact Menards.com, so I did. Below was an email I received from Menards.com telling me the store should've handled this. I did finally get my refund, but it was minus $162. I will never shop at Menards again. Lowe's and Home Depot have way better customer service and actually give you ALL of your money back on a return.
