When they finally got back to me, they told me they couldn't do it, they recommended me to call another company. How very unprofessional of them for a company that has been in business as long as they have!!! I kept calling them ,they kept saying we are waiting on estimate. They have wasted my time for an entire month !!!! I could have gone somewhere else and had the window replaced already !!! This is UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!

Requarth is a great place to get a lot of your home improvement needs. I come here for siding. My…read morehouse has cedar rustic channel siding. It's a pain to find a local place that sells it. After going to the big three (Lowe's, Home Depot, and Menards...all great places), I checked out some of the smaller places that did siding before deciding I was going to do it myself. Prices were more than I wanted and I'm good with tools and still young enough to do it myself. I decided to give Requarth a look. And they had my siding. Their customer service is always good. And the price for my siding was reasonable, especially considering cedar isn't all that cheap. I will keep coming here for siding and might even contract with them in a couple of years for a kitchen...I don't think the former owners of my house updated a thing since the concrete was poured.

I have been here 4 or 5 times in the past 20 years. Sometimes they have hard to find items and sometimes the have a better price on some things. The people that work there are not friendly at all and they act like you are bothering them with your petty little questions. All I can say is don't go here if you don't have to.

I ordered (2) antique white and (1) white/sterling vanity tops. On the sample board the antique…read morewhite shows light grey veining. When I got the countertops they are brown/taupe veining. I talked to the owner and he confirmed it's supposed to be grey. The other vanity top I ordered was white sterling looks almost a solid grey on the sample board. This had major white veining. There is no viewing warehouse for you to look at these. I looked on their website and facebook page and couldn't find any actual product displayed. When I opened the box and realized they wouldn't match as the samples are so off I contacted the company I ordered my cabinets and countertops from. The worker at the cabinet store even thought sandbar was added to the antique white vanity top as it had major brown swirls. I've asked several of my contractors and no one thinks the tops look at all like the samples. Marble arch will not work with me at all. I would've even returned with a stocking fee an ordered new from them. I now am stuck with two countertops I can't use in the master as it's a grey theme. And one for my boys bathroom that I don't like. I am now ordering new countertops from custom marble solutions. Marble arch is also changing their sample at the store I ordered from now that I've brought this to their attention. Hmmm...why would you do that if your counters are right?!?!? Just a thought but maybe have a showroom. Give accurate samples that show larger veining. Samples that are bigger than a piece of bread. Add pictures of completed vanities to your website and Facebook page.

They have human cashiers, not just robots. You get a good deal on all the stuff, it's cost competitive. They have most of the stuff you would need. They're not anti-human. They are local. Personally speaking I get all of my construction, Home upgrade, and gaming snacks at Menards. (It's a better deal than Kroger or Meijer for some of those. Walmart got rid of customer service a long time ago, they just go to the lowest common denominator for their day-to-day floor staff, they just grind those folks to dust. They might have local cheap, but the larger costs are pretty big.)
