Three of us in a cul-de-sac just had the mobile service from the Springboro store come out and sercice 4 mowers. Oil change, oil filters, blade sharpening, flat tire repair; they did it all. I went to Fleurish Home to purchase Jolie paint to paint my kitchen cabinets…read more The sales person sold me 4 cans of paint and a paintbrush for over $150 knowing I needed to test the paint on my cabinets before painting my entire kitchen full of them. Once I tested the paint I decided to use a different brand and went to return the unopened unused paint and they wouldn't allow me to. I'm sure the salesperson works on commission and tricked me into purchasing more than just a sample size knowing I couldn't return the rest. I spoke to the store manager and owner and they said "sorry, we will not do anything to help you". Obviously I wanted my money back but said I would take a store credit and still they wouldn't help me. I was pregnant with 2 toddlers so they knew I didn't have all day to stand and argue. Again, avoid this store at all costs.

I recently ordered a couple of gallons of paint and additional supplies online late in the evening on December 30th as I planned to paint a bedroom over the long, new year weekend. There was one hiccup as an item from my order was missing and I didn't realize it until I got home. Shame on me for not checking before I left the store. I returned right away and the staff corrected the mistake with no questions asked.

The two gallons was not enough and we needed less than a quart to finish the job. I asked to purchase a quart. Shelby told me that they didn't sell this paint in quarts. I told her that we bought from Sherwin-Williams for their expertise in estimating the volume and paint quality. I asked her if there was any other solution. She recommended another brand that would be close to my original brand. I told her that solution wouldn't work as I will look at it for the next 25 years. I asked her why I should buy from Sherwin-William if there was no difference than buying from a Home Depot. She told me to leave and said if I didn't she would "call someone." I assumed she was going to call the police. Stephaine, her co-worker, just laughed. As I walked out, Shelby told me to call her supervisor. I trusted Sherwin-Williams to help me with my paint needs only to have a shed that needs a little more paint. I guess I have learned my lesson on the character of your company. Sad. Dan Kinnett, SW city manager sent me an email saying he would be in touch. Never reached out again. I wouldn't recommend this store.
