When we first walked in no one greeted us for a good couple mins but once they did they helped us out and I even had to have one of the sales reps talk to our contractor to make sure we were getting the right paint. I will say that it bothers me that since SW is the paint experts that no one really gave us any expert advice on what painting material we should buy. We were trying to figure out what type of roller to get and brushes and they didn't really have any opinions on it. They just said yeah that should be good.

I fumbled for a second to get it and the cashier had already taken off the discount, on his own, no questions asked. That's pretty good service! They also offer all the painting accessories you might need. Cant really say anything positive for this visit because the door was locked and there was a note that stated that they were sorry and would be back in 15minutes. Although this note is appreciated, but it's kind of worthless because they didn't post a time of departure. Stood there for maybe five minutes researching my options for paint store locally and posted my checkin. Decided to head over to Ace and picked up paint there. Not really my preference, but the lovely Mrs had left for the day and kind of wanted to surprise her with painting the room.
