Klingenburgs is a local gem--perfect for neighborhood dwellers who don't want to drive to Buttermilk Pike or to Alexandria to the nearest Lowes or Home Depot; but also perfect because they care. The store was definitely easy to navigate and each area of the store is labeled so you can easily find what you are looking for. I was looking for front door mats specifically and found them near the front of the store after doing a lap through all the aisles and sections. While I was browsing throughout the store, everything was in stock from my quick glances. The clearance section was a bit messy with products on the floor leaning against shelves which blocked the items behind it. There was a worker in the area adding more items, but it did not appear that she was organizing the mess. Overall, this is a decent location and the staff appear to be busy stocking. I'd recommend!

I went in on Sunday, had them run a check engine…read morediagnosis, and the employee (with a lot of hesitation) try to sell me spark wires and an ignition coil. I don't have an ignition coil on my car. I bought the wires, changed them, came back to have another diagnosis. A different employee helped me, and this time I asked him for a rotor and distributor cap. He quoted me around $270. I held back my laughter, and asked if they had anything else at maybe a different location. He suddenly found something for 90, but couldn't get it in until Tuesday. I went home, logged on to Amazon, found the two parts I need, and it will be at my home today (Tuesday); I paid less than $25 for Bosch parts, which is a brand I trust. All-in-all, I recommend going to the auto zone in Cheviot if you need helpful advice, and Amazon for the parts you need.
