You can provide your payment over the phone. They will then promptly bring your order out and load it into your trunk without any face to face transactions required at all! We had tried two other local nurseries plus Lowe's and Menards without success- sad looking plants and no help who could advise us on planting for our mostly shaded area. Natorp's was completely different and above and beyond our expectations! As soon as you drive in, it's beautiful and clearly marked. The woman at the customer service desk directed us to a perennial specialist who was so knowledgeable with 30+ years of experience! She helped us find everyone on our list and more. The plants are so well organized, labeled, and easy to find. And they were so healthy- even though it was fall when we visited! I can't stress enough how helpful everyone here was. We were helped by at least 4 people who were so smiley and engaging and willing to find anything for us. They shared that they grow everything there and that they have hundreds of acres! And the prices... you would expect a place like this to charge more for the experience and plant quality but they are an outlet so the prices are amazing. My mother in law is a seasoned gardener and told us she had paid almost 3x what we were paying for some of our plants. You get the "club price" just for buying it- so easy! They will load the plants in your car after, truly taking care of you until the last moment. We were still shopping til closing time and they didn't rush us out and helped us even a few minutes before close. This was a bit of a drive from us but worth every minute!
