They will notify us when it's in. Besides hardware, they also have paint section, cleaning supplies, bird food, grills and a small post office inside. If you are not doing a huge project (building materials), this place is so convenient and you can find them quickly. I love Lowes, however, it can be difficult to find stuff.

We stopped by on a Saturday after lunch just for some windshield wiper fluid for my lady's car, but she noticed a nice fire pit that we could use for our new back yard. The staff were all very friendly and helped us find the price. The price ended up being $149.99, which my lady and I couldn't resist, so we scored the last one with some extra goodies (fire wood, potting soil, and an extra house key). Two very helpful employees helped us bring the fire pit to our car. Unfortunately they didn't have a cover for said fire pit in stock, but we ordered one through them which will be delivered to this location at no additional charge. I was grateful to the family for taking over this location after a VERY old family run hardware went out of business. Klingenburgs is a local gem--perfect for neighborhood dwellers who don't want to drive to Buttermilk Pike or to Alexandria to the nearest Lowes or Home Depot; but also perfect because they care. I've never gone in without someone acknowledging me and I'm completely amazed by the amount of goods they carry--including pet supplies and farm fencing options.

I took a chainsaw in for repairs May 25th. Heard nothing for six weeks so called them. They were "shocked" no one had called me and it wasn't done. "We'll have it done tomorrow," they said. Went in to pick it up 10-days later... they hadn't touched it and still no call. "Our service manager is back tomorrow. We'll have him call you to remedy this." It's now 12-weeks later. No calls, no work done. I called to say I'm picking it up tomorrow and got simply, "That's fine." Literally a crap show. Stay far, far, FAR away from this place!
