I had to call them Tuesday to find out what was going on with it. Then he told me he would have it pulled in to have it checked out. This is Tuesday! Then Wednesday is when I found out that the tractor is out of warranty and it was going to cost me $900 to fix two bad couplers and $400 to do the normal service. Even though I am now unemployed I told him to go ahead and do it. I called Friday to find out what is happening. Dustin was off and another person informed me that the parts came in Thursday but nothing has been done to fix it yet!!!!! Today is Monday and again I haven't heard anything from anyone about it or when they will ACTUALLY have it fixed! I'm not happy and I'm not sure I made the right decision to use Zimmer to repair my tractor!
