Their mechanics did not look at it til mid March. I was promised it would be 2 more weeks. In two weeks, I was told a part needed to be ordered and it would take 2 more weeks. It has been 2 weeks! I called today and the excuses are: * their head mechanic no longer works there * the work order for my lawn mower was just given to the mechanic now. * the will hopefully call me back to tell me the progression. I believed this shop was a decent business--as it is not a chain and I would receive a more individualized service than the big box service stores. I WAS WRONG! This place charges more money for everything they sell. They cannot seem to get their employees to get the job done and are too good at making excuses! They offer no solutions--just excuses no matter who answers the phone! The holding time to speak to someone is ridiculous by the way--8-9 minutes and still no answers! Save yourself time and money! I ordered a grill to be delivered assembled to my father on Father's Day. Two days before Father's Day, I received an email that says, "hey, we are sorry, but your order is canceled." When I called the one 800 number for customer service, the response was, "Yes, it is canceled. And we cannot reactivate a canceled order. Is there anything else I can do for you?"

Nope. Still no pick up. It's ridiculous bc I understand a return is last priority, but when you tell a customer a certain day and time and no one shows, then it happens 5 more times, so ridiculous. I've had to reschedule my days and clients and I get no notice, no call, text, or email that there has been a reschedule. Just a no show and left in the dark on when someone is coming. I'm over it.
