It's very efficient and an easy process to follow. You can call your order in from home and then go pickup the order. Once you arrive you pull in a parking spot that is clearly marked and then you call them to let them know you are there for pickup and tell them the parking spot number. You can provide your payment over the phone. They will then promptly bring your order out and load it into your trunk without any face to face transactions required at all! The process is detailed on the store windows in case you want to place your order onsite. While in self isolation it's a great opportunity to get some paint projects completed!

I called the store to ask about some touch up paint and it was Adam that helped me, and then when I came into the store to get my paint Adam was there again to help me. After we got what we need, although there is check out sign at the garden center, but it's not in operation. We will need to go back to where we come in. This time, i try to push the button so the door will open automatically. But to my surprise, the button leads to the big garage kind of door moving up. Hahaha.. the staff inside is kind enough to close it for us.
