Also, they were able to put our purchase in their data base so next time if we forgot the name of the paint, it's already in their system. Besides paint, they sell accessories from paint brushes, rollers, tape and everything you need to paint your rooms/house. I know we will be back. When we first walked in no one greeted us for a good couple mins but once they did they helped us out and I even had to have one of the sales reps talk to our contractor to make sure we were getting the right paint. I will say that it bothers me that since SW is the paint experts that no one really gave us any expert advice on what painting material we should buy. We were trying to figure out what type of roller to get and brushes and they didn't really have any opinions on it. They just said yeah that should be good.

The two gallons was not enough and we needed less than a quart to finish the job. I asked to purchase a quart. Shelby told me that they didn't sell this paint in quarts. I told her that we bought from Sherwin-Williams for their expertise in estimating the volume and paint quality. I asked her if there was any other solution. She recommended another brand that would be close to my original brand. I told her that solution wouldn't work as I will look at it for the next 25 years. I asked her why I should buy from Sherwin-William if there was no difference than buying from a Home Depot. She told me to leave and said if I didn't she would "call someone." I assumed she was going to call the police. Stephaine, her co-worker, just laughed. As I walked out, Shelby told me to call her supervisor. I trusted Sherwin-Williams to help me with my paint needs only to have a shed that needs a little more paint. I guess I have learned my lesson on the character of your company. Sad.
