They will notify us when it's in. Besides hardware, they also have paint section, cleaning supplies, bird food, grills and a small post office inside. If you are not doing a huge project (building materials), this place is so convenient and you can find them quickly. I love Lowes, however, it can be difficult to find stuff.

We'd been by a couple times for random odds and ends, but after a recent trip experience, we felt we really needed to tout this spot. We stopped by on a Saturday after lunch just for some windshield wiper fluid for my lady's car, but she noticed a nice fire pit that we could use for our new back yard. The staff were all very friendly and helped us find the price. The price ended up being $149.99, which my lady and I couldn't resist, so we scored the last one with some extra goodies (fire wood, potting soil, and an extra house key). Two very helpful employees helped us bring the fire pit to our car. Unfortunately they didn't have a cover for said fire pit in stock, but we ordered one through them which will be delivered to this location at no additional charge. I have a really good feeling that we'll be regulars at this location. The whole staff are very helpful and friendly. This Ace is definitely the place for the helpful hardware folks!

Home Depot, Lowes, and Amazon failed to provide anything worth buying in that arena. I saw Pease Doors online and that it was local. They had the exact weatherstripping I was looking for at the same price as the cheaper foam weather stripping. It arrived in 2 days despite being standard shipping. It was a quality product and now we have no more drafts on the front and back doors. They also promptly answered my questions when I contact them.

Was a unique situation since we were moving and would have Delmar coming in after we were out of town. He went above and beyond, taking a look at the baseboards and touching up the areas that I hadn't marked when we moved out. Delmar was flexible. It wasn't a normal job since we were out of town. He was comfortable with the arrangement and called or texted with questions since we were out of town getting set up in our new home. Delmar is trustworthy. He let me know of an issue at the end of the day. The paint color was the wrong sheen and he discovered it at 10:00PM. I'm sure some people may have called it good enough and wrapped up. Delmar did not. He called me to tell me what was wrong, went back to the paint store in the morning, and finished up the following day. Again, I wasn't there and wasn't going to be checking the work. He knew that. He could have left well-enough alone. He did the job right! You should definitely read it from beginning to end if you are even contemplating going with this company. As a homeowner my experience with this company has been disastrous and you need to be aware of what you are getting into. I too looked at all of the good reviews and thought that I couldn't go wrong with such a reputable company. Maybe CertaPro was a good brand at one point but my experience will put a spotlight on who they are now. I am sure that for many homeowner they did a good paint job and for that they were given their 4 and 5 star reviews. But a company is not defined by the times that they do good work, they are defined by the times when they mess up and you get to see their true colors. Are they going to help you, the homeowner? Or are they going to hurt you and leave you out of pocket for tens of thousands of dollars and months of frustration and anxiety that keeps you awake at night. My experience covers who CertaPro is when things go upside down. When they should step up and do the right thing and they absolutely do not. I was floored to learn that the liability insurance they showed me is not actually applicable because all of their workers are subcontracted and those folks who you do not get the chance to vet are responsible for having their own insurance. This company is a glorified General Contractor taking advantage of low cost subcontracted labor posing as a company that actually is doing the work and insuring the work is done right ... THEY ARE NOT!!! My experience covers the countless lies I was told like: 1) We have a carpentry division - THEY DON'T 2) CertaPro will be doing the work - THEY DON'T 3) CertaPro's Insurance will protect me if things go wrong - IT WON'T 4) CertaPro's Laborers are given specific instructions for each job - THEY'RE NOT 5) Spray Painting is the same as Rolling - IT IS NOT 6) We will do the right thing to make things better - THEY WILL NOT If you read this review and still choose them God help you. Very unsatisfactory experience with CertaPro painting the interior of our home - or maybe not…read morepainting it - because they seemed to have subcontracted the job out. The team barely spoke English, they started painting with the wrong color, didn't remove outlet/switch covers and left old paint showing around the edges of covers and hand rails, didn't patch all wall dings/holes, got paint on many things they shouldn't have, left paint on floors and windows, sloppily cut in the paint around corners/ceilings/trim, left tons of drips, fuzz, and small roller debris on walls and doors with the paint, did not silicone gaps in trim and around doors/cabinets, and rushed the painting in a way that made two coats insufficient in many places (only transitioned from a light Grey to an off-white). A CertaPro rep came by halfway through the first day and did not talk to us before leaving; no one else came to check on the job quality. At the end of the job, we decided it was better to just sign off on the job so we can spend even more money on materials to try and fix the issues ourselves rather than continue to receive subpar work and try to bridge the language barrier to express our frustrations.

They specialize in tropical plants. Philodendrons, Pothos, Hoyas, rubber trees, rare plants and more! Rianna, (sorry if I misspelled your name) was such a friendly person, helpful and super knowledgeable! We talked for a long time. Sharing Plant experiences and what we owned. Besides plants, they sell soil, pots, accessories, gift ideas and more. Their prices are reasonable. Plus the store is very organized and plants are super healthy. I ended up purchasing a 4" Monstera Peru (always wanted one) and a 3" Hoya Sp. Burtonai. With that I ordered a plant sticker and pin. I highly recommend you check them out. It was such a great and fun experience. They know their stuff and sell beautiful plants.
