They used a soft brush not a regular power wash to ensure my siding was not compromised. They were also very careful around my outside plants to ensure they were not damaged and used products safe for my lawn and pets. For an avid gardener and animal lover that is very important to me.

They seemed very easy to work with and were reasonably priced. The update, they washed while I was not there, when we scheduled it, I asked how I would pay; and was told not to worry about it, he'll take care of them. So 6 days after the wash is compete (yesterday afternoon) he contacts me by text to ask if I have an email he can send my invoice to. I provide one and he sends it. I plan on paying it The next day or this weekend as I have paid for a class directly after work. During the class my phone starts ringing, 2 calls, the second with a voicemail asking how am I going to pay, oh...and I don't accept mailed checks. 20 minutes or so go by and he starts texting, can I pay tonight and did you get the invoice...again, I received the invoice that afternoon. Oh, and the friendly reminder that he doesn't accept mailed checks. I think I got 4 text messages during my class. I think 3 hours is an unacceptable expectation for payment, especially when you don't accept standard methods of payment. There was no option for me to use a credit card or even send a payment directly from my checking account. Yes, they did a nice job at power washing, but no I would not recommend them. At this point I'm feeling harassed for payment on an invoice I received less then 24 hours ago. I will share this with home advisors where I got the recommendation of the follow up.

Eversole was quick to respond with a quote at a very competitive price so I hired them…read more Communication was good as I had to reschedule and Sandy was very responsive. The job took longer than they estimated because they did not realize that I had tilt-in, double hung windows with interior sills. However, they worked hard and coordinated the work to get done efficiently. The work scope was inside & outside window cleaning plus the sills. Unfortunately, the cleaning rag was not changed out enough and half of my windows are streaked. But the sills are squeaky clean!

He bought the business' hatdearned reputation and much to his advantage, two dedicated and skilled painters. The female crew member whose rural and empoverished homelife groomed her to see the ability to overextend herself as a sole source of worth, willingly suffered misogony via multiple channels including: pay despairity, various styles of verbal assault ranging from sexual harrassment to gas lit delineation of reality , and a disproportionate distribution of responsibility to her rather than her male counterparts. Distracted by forced deadlines, emphasis on speed rather than real craft and working for someone I could not respect, I was blindsided by bigotry while working on an exterior project at Don's residence. My soul's assailant: a large blackface lawn ornament laid out before me. Struck dumb by the hatred and bloody echoes eminating from the artifact, my heart revealed what my mind had veiled: Don's misogyny, his solicitation of skilled labor AND racism grew from a common source of evil no part of me would entertain much less assist. I quit soon after. No call no show. A resignation as shameful as my silence in the face of passive aggressive oppression. I failed as the mother of a black son, failed as the beloved daughter of Cincinnati's radical and self empowered feminist family and dishonored generations of dedication and skilled trade excellence. Thank you Yelp for providing this opportunity to warn potential clients of the dark and morally destructive entity living behind Don's jolly and childlike agreeability, vocabulary choices basic enough to mimic modesty, and low ball bids that secure the income earned off the backs of the very workers bearing the burden of his blindeyed, poorly planned and consistently inrealistic project deadlines.
