He painted the family room and the stair well over the staircase which looks really good also. I just hired him again to paint all the woodwork in my hallway (doors, doorframes and baseboard) and some more painting (bathroom ceiling and hallway) - again I am very happy with the work. They claim my neighbor said he would do his side. But when I looked outside there was still snow on the ground. I asked for half my money back since I contracted l them for the whole drive. I asked for half of what I paid back. Originally they were going to give me half of my money back. It would take 2-5 business days. It's been 5 and I still haven't received my money. When it snowed again they offered to come "in a couple of hours" at noon. At 2:45 I texted and called and got no response. I texted again a 4 and called again no response. So I told them to just give the money back and I would find someone else. At 5:30 I got a text saying he was on his way. When I said that I hired someone else I got the response "Wow" "I said it would be a few hours he was at another site, my goodness". I told her that I had no responses from them all day and I had already hired someone else. Also it was getting dark by then so how in the heck was he gonna do it in the dark? I still haven't received my money back. They also go be Two Men and a Hammer. Be wary folks. when I posted my first review they said I was "lying out my ass". Not a great way to do business.
