Ron's #1 goal is to be helpful and he has gone above and beyond to be exactly that. I've actually never experienced customer service quite this great. You'd think I work for him writing a review this glowing, but in all reality - I just want the nice guys (and gals) to finish first in life. Ron is certainly more than one of the good ones. Screw the bullies and shoddy contractors who upsell you items you don't need. Call Ron. He doesn't have a bad bone in his entire body. You WILL get good service...if he has an opening in his schedule.

They claim my neighbor said he would do his side. But when I looked outside there was still snow on the ground. I asked for half my money back since I contracted l them for the whole drive. I asked for half of what I paid back. Originally they were going to give me half of my money back. It would take 2-5 business days. It's been 5 and I still haven't received my money. When it snowed again they offered to come "in a couple of hours" at noon. At 2:45 I texted and called and got no response. I texted again a 4 and called again no response. So I told them to just give the money back and I would find someone else. At 5:30 I got a text saying he was on his way. When I said that I hired someone else I got the response "Wow" "I said it would be a few hours he was at another site, my goodness". I told her that I had no responses from them all day and I had already hired someone else. Also it was getting dark by then so how in the heck was he gonna do it in the dark? I still haven't received my money back. They also go be Two Men and a Hammer. Be wary folks. when I posted my first review they said I was "lying out my ass". Not a great way to do business.
