And I told them I had insurance the insurance will be taken care of it for some reason the insurance never paid it so they turn me over to a bill collection agency over this $600 finally my insurance paid and we had a settlement payment and then they overcharged me on the settlement payment. I am seriously considering taking into court especially for what some of the things that the man said to me on the phone accused me of insurance fraud because I offered a settlement instead of the full amount. B******* do not use this company they overcharged to the extreme

Their estimate also came in among the lowest and it was the most detailed explanation of what they would be doing. During the process they kept me appraised regularly and clearly about the many changes ( Not their fault - the guy who DIY-ed the electric in our house was clearly inept) Everyone who came to the house over the three week process to get everything repaired was polite and helpful. They definitely made dealing with a stressful situation manageable and the guarantee on their work gives me piece of mind. Highly recommended if you need Electric work! (BTW - The only negative review I can find is about a single driver, and not about the companies electric work. In all my dealings with the company and Andrew Cullen that's something he wouldn't tolerate as he's a big advocate of customer service.)
