The employee, Ronny, that I spoke to over the phone talked me through my electrical problem. He wanted to ensure that I checked breaker and to reset the outlet prior to them sending someone out to my home. He was professional, kind and knowlegeable. I did not know where to start, as I had not had to hire someone for this type of damage. Mr Handyman's information along with 3 other companies, cane from Angie's List. I had 4 texts from 4 potential candidates. I had sent a return text requesting a calls to discuss the damage done. I received no communication with 2 out of the 4. Never heard from those last 2. It was quick to contact Mr Handyman and set up a time for evaluation of the damage and get a written bid. There was an $80.00 fee for an in-depth inspection of the damage as well as specific calculations of the damage for them to adequately determine the total space needing repair. Setting an appointment was very quick and thorough evaluation done with written specifications as well as photos. Mr Handyman's prompt response to start in a few days and the time was excellent. The contractor, John Kumpff, explained in detail what he was going to doing over the among of time he expected to need to complete. He actually was able to repair all areas one day less than planned. The finished work is excellent and I am so relieved and happy with the results!!' I would not hesitate to contact Mt Handyman of Northrtn KY and Western Cincinnsti in the future.

Will Hubbard (Risen Electric, Florence, KY) responded to my service request within 48 hours. He scheduled a free estimate for the next day, and arrived 15 min. early for the appointment. While on-site, he was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He worked efficiently, resolving a number of issues on-the-spot. As a result, power was restored to multiple areas of the 45 year old home. He also provided advice regarding preventive maintenance & serviceability, which will save us unnecessary expense in the future. Our problem was one we have never experienced. The power would go out in one part of our house. No tripped breakers. As oddly as the power went out. It would come back on with no explanation. I called Risen and within an hour there was someone to search for the problem. The problem was located and repaired quickly and effectively. I would highly recommended this company.
