Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and the technician let me know when he was on the way. My issue was a dead circuit board in my 20 year old garage door opener. The tech went over the replacement options along with clear and upfront pricing. Once I decided, he was able to do the install right away! While he was there he went ahead and gave my other garage a tune-up as well. Both doors are quieter and smoother than they have ever been. It's actually kind of amazing how much better they are now. Lonnie took my call, answered all my questions, and quoted me a fair price based on what other such installations have cost. A month later I called them and scheduled the installation. (Needed to get some electrical work done first.) When Adam arrived he did some quick measurements based on how the garage doors opened and informed me that the track for the belt drive openers wouldn't fit since I had such a low ceiling. He took photos and discussed it with Nick, the Service Manager. I had not heard anything for numerous weeks, so I emailed the salesperson in late February 2025 and continued to email her on multiple occasions. I never received a response. I subsequently called the office and left a message. I received a message the next day because they wanted more specifics. I called him back three times and left a message with someone at the office. I also sent another picture. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Budget Blinds, especially since there are so many other options where one can buy blinds.

Something was seriously wrong with our garage door. Every time we opened or closed it, something…read morewas pulling away from the wall, dropping drywall on the floor. Eventually, a metal structure holding the garage light snapped, too. We gave Cincinnati Door and Opener a call and Adam came by to take a look. He was on time, courteous and very professional. He noted immediately that the two springs that bear the weight of the door had broken (I would never have known), which started the domino effect of having the pulley cable start to pull away from the wall and snap the housing the held it. Adam had everything we needed for a repair on his truck, explained the pricing and set to work. Just over an hour later he was done. He made the pulley housing stronger by using better quality metal than it came with originally, replaced the rubber strip under the door and the springs, secured the pulley to the wall, lifted the safety sensors so they wouldn't get damaged by rain or water and even changed a burned out light for me, since he had his ladder handy. The garage door has never been quieter. Recommended!
