Keith was professional and was able to help us out with repairing a mast that went into the house. A huge tree limb fell on it and Duke disconnected the power. He was able to fix it in a timely manner and was so kind and helpful working with Duke to get it reconnected. He really went above and beyond. Keith did not even step foot in my house and he managed to fix a problem. I am in no way a handyman or fix-it-myself kind of guy, but Keith was able to explain multiple possible fixes on a short in my house that was flipping a breaker. His explanation allowed me to fix the problem and find the short after multiple days of trying to do it without any help. We had scheduled an appointment where he was willing to move things around for me, was not upset that I cancelled, and was actually glad that I had fixed it myself. My whole experience with this provider was flawless. I called to schedule a time for the electrician to come out and do the job. He ran 6 CAT5e terminals throughout my store and set up a patch panel. He was very polite and professional and the price was extremely low for the task. The phone was answered promptly and the person who picked up was knowledgeable enough to confirm that the job could be completed in two hours. An appointment was set within a week's time frame and the electrician was punctual. He did the job efficiently and everything functioned as it should. He even cleaned up after himself.
