I had some water leaking through one of my windows with heavy rain, so I had Joe fix the caulking. He gave me a reasonable quote via text minutes after I described the issue and provided a couple of pictures of the window. I needed the caulking to be black to match the window frame and the existing caulking. Joe didn't have that color as it's not very common, so he bought some the same day, came in the next day, and did a great job from what I can tell visually. Next time there's heavy rain I'll be able to confirm, but I think the caulking is going to hold. He asked me to let him know if there are any issues in the future, which I appreciated. I also liked the ability to pay via Zelle. He was responsive, communicative, and professional throughout the whole process. Joe came over to redo my window caulking. This recent rainstorm caused a lot of leaks from top of my window frames. He did two windows for me and it was the best price I found on yelp. When he removed the old caulking it chipped away some of the paint but I understand that was somewhat expected. I liked Joe's friendly personality and attitude, and would hire him again. Only thing is I don't know how well of a job he did because only the next rainstorm will tell. He used crystal clear caulking so it's really hard to tell with the naked eye where the recaulking exists. Joe did incredible work on my front exterior patch and paint project. The paint and plaster was peeling very badly at all the corners and edges along the entire front of the home around the entranceway and 3 large floor to ceiling front-facing windows.
