She handed me a drink menu and made sure I was comfortable before her and Anne started working on my nails. Michelle gave me a Golden Mystique Pedicure while Anne simultaneously gave me a Golden Mystique Manicure. Both were kind, attentive, and thorough. The music and ambiance is calming with TVs muted and showing various cooking channels including travel and Food Network compilations. This was my first visit, but this spot is clearly loved by the community. Other clients were familiar with the technicians, greeting them by name. Multiple people said hello and goodbye to Anne as they came through, and someone even hugged Michelle before they left. I hope you can carve out some time for yourself to visit the Post Nail Salon and enjoy a similar experience.

At the end of the service we found out we were charged $5.00 for extensions and $5.00 for shape. I had builder gel on my fingers and only at the time of payment did I find out there was $7.00 charge for removing the builder gel. I also had to ask for my lady to do a second coat for the nail polish, which I found unusual since most nail salons normally do two coats of color without being asked. Overall, decent place, but I did not appreciate the hidden prices.

I felt so pampered! I opted for their "Organic Manicure", which included a cozy neck warmer, sugar scrub, paraffin wax treatment, and a hot stone massage for my hands! My nails and hands look so good and felt so soft! I love that they offer a complimentary drink (both non-alcoholic, and alcoholic). The nail salon was so clean, and modern. They will have facial services available for additional pampering in the near future!

So we stopped by the first nail place we saw to see if they could do 4 pedicures. Keep in mind it's a holiday weekend and nail salons are booming with business. Well not this one. It was a ghost-town! (red flag #1).... But I thought I would give them a chance.... When I asked if they could do 4 pedicures, they looked at me like I had three heads. Couldn't tell me in plain English "yes" or "no". Kept pointing to a stupid iPad to sign in on. Just overall not how I want to be treated as a customer. Then 2 of the ladies working in there started talking crap and pointing at me. So I happily walked out and went down the street to a much better place who welcomed the 4 of us and showed they wanted our business. Also ol' dude that worked in the first place I walked out of, decided to chase after me, followed me to my car and started tapping on my window. Like definitely not!!! Will never step foot into Diamond Nail Spa (next to Domino's) EVER again!!! Way too many other great nail salons to spend your hard earned $$ at. Do yourself a favor and go to the nail salon next to Pizza Hut, NOT the one by Domino's My hope is that they read this and improve their service so that nobody has to go through such horrible treatment, especially on freaking Mother's Day!!!!

The staff is all warm and friendly. This place is no frills, no fuss but they are kind and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. I've taken my daughters and their friends several times for kiddie manicures, but the biggest example of their kindness I can give is when a mother and her twin tweens, who had a mental disability. They had obviously been there before - the staff greeted them like royalty, bragged on them to other customers, did a little twirl with the girl in the middle of the room, and played a silly trick on them by swapping their drinks. It was so awesome to see that heart - it made me come back again!
