I left totally disgusted pissed off and never got what I told him 10 times to do the owner. Wanted to sit there and argue with me, I told him to shut his mouth paint my nails so I could hurry up and get the hell out of there, they still charge me full price. He was still picking at me when I asked him to shut his mouth. He still kept picking at me and still kept picking at me and told me I was blind and I didn't see my nails right. this is the worst worst nail salon I've ever been to. I'm a nail technician myself, but I like to go out every once in a while and get mine done and it was the most worst experience I've got uneven nails, I've got ripples of gel on my fingernails. My toenails are not even, and he told me I was blind and wanted to sit there and argue with me this place won't be in business long and this was the first time. I'm going to Yelp next, if I were you I highly highly highly recommend that you don't step a foot into this place, they don't know what they're doing. You won't get what you want they charge you out the butt and then they argue with you, horrible place!!!! They don't even deserve one star I will never be back. That was my first time there and my last time there the worst nail place I've ever experienced at 59 years old... I will be in touch with the Texas Board of cosmetology and I am going to send them a copy of this review and personally call them and talk to a person that is in charge of the Rowlett Texas area and then my next move will be to Yelp!!! Especially when they fall off days later and cause ingrown fingernails and toenails! They wouldn't give itemized receipts and on top of it I was basically felt up way past my knees by what appeared to be as obviously a bi-sexual or lesbian pedi pro.... Worst Pedi EVER!! Extremely uncomfortable experience and I felt violated beyond belief! I've been going to nail salons for 30 years and never witnessed such malarky as here! Even there best nail tech left and went to another location! Ummmm honey I didn't ask for all this. Plus they grilled me on what I did for a living ect. Never ever will I step foot in this place as number one I felt violated and number two way over charged with no receipt in hand even when I asked. I more than gladly payed my bill plus tip just to get out of that hell hole and went on about my way. These girls probably couldn't afford the massive amounts of what they were charged - $300 ma'am nails and toes don't cost this much. Complete set up on the merchants end you can see it on each one of the employees face here... Go back to not ripping off what appears to be as young girls here and earn an honest living as the rest of us do. Stealing is not right by any means - you can't afford it get press ons and paint your own toes - scrub your own feet! They have never been honest every single time I've been at this place of business from my experience. Businesses as these need to be thoroughly investigated further into having a more standardized way of charging people and don't feel up your customers. I won't ever be back much less step foot in a nail salon so thanks for ruining my trips to the nail salon, you couldn't pay me! I'll pay the bill for these girls! Especially after seeing this - those workers plus the management are clearly up to no good! The manager here in this video specifically asked me straight to my face how much I make with my job and hovered over me the whole entire time, saying she wanted the job I had - this all came from the manager who in this video followed the girls out the door initially - that's a violation of privacy asking all of this personal info it's not lady like and huge red flags here! I honestly thought I was going to get robbed by the staff! Don't go here!!!

During my pedicure, the technician was very aggressive around my cuticles and scraped/cut them enough that they started bleeding. One area even bled again after I got home, and the following day it was still painful and swollen. What bothered me most was that the technician never apologized or really acknowledged that I had been hurt. I understand that small mistakes can happen, but I don't think a pedicure should leave someone bleeding and in pain the next day. I'm hoping it doesn't become infected, but unfortunately after this experience I'll be going somewhere else. It's especially disappointing because I genuinely used to love this salon.
