Four Cheese Quesadilla with Crispy Chicken - A quesadilla filled with shredded chicken and melted cheese, cut into two halves, is presented on checkered paper. Accompanying the quesadilla are shredded lettuce, salsa in a small black cup, and sour cream in another small black cup. The dish is served on a dark surface, likely in a casual dining setting.

Nice local spot with friendly regulars. Service is pretty good depending on which bartender you get. Food is pretty good for bar food. A no-nonsense bar with TV's for the game and music turned up pretty loud (the way I like it). TouchTunes is available.

American Burger with cold fries - A burger with a golden-brown bun, lettuce, onions, and a beef patty is presented with a generous serving of crispy French fries. The food is placed in a black and white checkered paper-lined basket, typical of casual dining or fast-food presentation. The burger appears freshly assembled, with a toothpick inserted to hold it together.

Very nice establishment with lots of large screen TV's. There is a large dining area with high seats and tables. The staff was cordial and welcoming. The food was good, the side dish for one of us was cold (fries). The burger was good and the Rueben sandwich was above average and onion rings were lightly battered and delicious. The men's & women's bathrooms were clean.

**3.5/5 Stars** Our experience at Hamilton's Pub was pretty average for your normal bar/restaurant. It appeared like it has a very good set of regulars as the bar area was full, but the restaurant area was empty. The service was also average, our drink and food orders were taken without much fanfare and the food arrived in a timely manner. However, there were a couple issues with the food, mainly the fried items. The fries that came with my hamburger were undercooked and crunchy. The photo shows that they are cooked well on the outside, but the inside still had a raw taste. As for the burger, it was good, but lacked a little bit of seasoning. Overall, it won't be on the regular rotation, but we might try again.

The Thompson Burger. Sautéed mushrooms, Swiss cheese, lots of crispy bacon with lettuce, onion & Tomato.

Wanted a burger for lunch and searched Yelp for one near where I was on Hamilton Rd. The photos looked good- so we stopped in and I'm glad we did. My wife had the Spicy Burger ($11 with fries) and she's particular when it comes to spicy. These jalapeños were just the right amount- covered in pepper Jack cheese and all the fixens. Nice. She was happy. I had the Thompson ($12 with fries) and it was also good. Swiss cheese, lots of crispy but not burnt bacon, sautéed mushrooms and onions on a nice sized bun. Hard pause here to talk about the fries. These were thin cut, cooked just right for my taste, and salted just enough that you liked it, but didn't feel like you just gargled saltwater. Friendly, quick service and a great afternoon stop for a burger and a beer. Photos don't do the burger justice, but you'll get the point. Good burger, good place, good price. Nice.

Chili dog was pretty decent. The tater tots were on point!!

I really loved the atmosphere of this place. Food was good and was quick. Our waitress Sam was always checking on us and making sure we were good on food and drinks. I've traveled from coast to coast for work and haven't found a place that was more fun and had better service than Hamilton's. Sam was amazing she chatted with us through out the night made jokes and it was just what we needed after a long day at work on a Monday.

This is a great place for some basic bar fare done well. I've been coming here for many years as I used to be a manager of the bounce house that was right behind it before it closed a few years ago. We'd walk over after closing quite often for some snacks and drinks. My favorite thing here is the cheese quesadilla add crispy chicken. It sounds basic - and it is - but it's done so right. Lots of melty cheese and with the chicken it is just so indulgent and delicious. I also tried their new fried zucchini on my recent trip and while I enjoyed them, I think $10 is a bit steep consider there's only about 1 zucchini's worth of chips in the basket and zucchini isn't very pricey of a vegetable. I'd also prefer them in sticks as opposed to the chips they went with. But they were battered and cooked well and served with ranch for a good dip. I have and will definitely be back!

That's actually a positive if you're looking for a spot where you can grab food and watch a game at the same time. In general, walking into a restaurant that's full is a good sign, so from the start I had high expectations. We were seated fairly quickly, which was great. However, it did take a while for our waitress to come over and take our order. That part was somewhat understandable, as she appeared to be the only server handling a large number of tables. While that's not her fault, it is a downside from a staffing perspective. Once we finally placed our orders, the food also took a bit longer than expected to come out. When it did arrive, though, it was hot and seemed very fresh. I ordered the loaded tater tots, which came topped with chili and cheese, with sour cream on the side. They were good overall, but I do think the chili could have been better--more meat and a slightly richer, more savory flavor would have gone a long way. We also ordered wings. Aside from a couple that were burnt, the wings were actually quite flavorful and enjoyable. Most of them were cooked well, and the seasoning was solid. The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained, which is always appreciated. The waitress was very kind and polite whenever she did come by, and I think most of the issues we experienced were simply due to how busy the restaurant was at the time. If we were to return during a slower period, I believe the experience would likely be much better overall. Would I recommend going here? Yes--with some caveats. If you're going primarily for the food, I wouldn't necessarily recommend visiting on a busy game night. However, if you're going to watch a game, enjoy the atmosphere, and grab some food at the same time, it's worth giving a try. Hopefully it won't be so busy that things come out rushed or slightly off, like a few items did for us. Overall, the experience was decent. It wasn't amazing, and it wasn't terrible. Aside from a few burnt pieces of chicken, most of the food was flavorful, and the atmosphere made up for some of the shortcomings.

My husband got the Korean BBQ Scotch Egg (so different but very tasty), BBQ glazed meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes, lemon chilli green beans (he normally doesn't like his vegetables, but he said these were so fresh and tasty), and Espresso Martini Pot De Crème. I had the Italian Wedding Soup (very good but did not have the meatballs), Pasta Bolognese (pasta was cooked perfectly and drained properly, so it did not water down the sauce!), and Apple Pie Mousse. I also got one of their mocktails called Brambleberry Tea. I could have easily drunk a couple of those! I forgot mention that they pour some nicely chilled water from a bottle that they leave on the table when you sit down. That is a nice touch for us since that is our choice of beverage when we eat. We were treated so warmly by everyone from the time we walked in until we left. Our server, Tyler, asked if we had been before (and this was our first time), so he welcomed us and asked if we had any questions. He was attentive during our time and even asked my husband if he needed any more sauce for his meatloaf. Marvin, the manager, stopped by to see how our first experience went and wanted to invite us back by gifting us coupons for an appetizer on our next visit. Thank you! The atmosphere was rustic and casual. I loved the picture frames hanging (used like walls) and lots of exposed bricks. The bathrooms were clean, well-stocked, and warm. We are looking forward to coming back to try the regular menu!

Started with the tots, which were really good, but they weren't loaded, just cheesy and a little sauce on time. We asked for the pork on the side and didn't get it at all. My dad and I ordered brunch- avocado toast for me and the skillet pancake for my dad- and they were both cold. Not warm, mine didn't have any warmth at all. My mom's mac and cheese looked awesome, very warm, and her grilled cheese dip plate was too, and she loved them. I knew I didn't want to eat my meal as-is, and was going to ask them to at least warm it up, but my waitress never came back to check on us for so long that my parents were almost done eating (my dad ate his cold, but ice cold egg was a no-go for me). He had to wave her down to come back to us, and I just decided to not bother and they took it off the bill. She also forgot to refill my coffee, but the manager came over I asked for it from him. He explained that the toppings on the avocado toast make it cold, so I guess be warned. Disappointing visit for sure.

Between pool table hogging and straight up saying we would not be given a turn even if we put quarters down, and a different regular walking up to us and telling us point blank that the owner/bartenders are racist and do not want us playing rnb or hiphop music on the touch tunes - this place was extremely uncomfortable and had bad vibes. The bartender was seemingly drunk by the end of the night and severely over worked, completely ignoring some of my friends who arrived later. Also she just let the extremely drunk regulars physically climb all over the bar, and kept giving them drinks. If you want creepy old drunk white men to comment on your overpriced darts game this is the place. The owner apparently hates POC so much they refuse to have any rnb or hiphop songs on the Touch Tunes - which I didn't know you could even do. We checked because we wanted to put on some usher but there was like no songs. No modern music either. Just some trash country songs, one in particular stood out to me as a man repeatedly sang how his girl rocks a beer gut. Yes that is a real song that played through without getting skipped. My girlfriend was told "I'm not saying you guys aren't welcome here but it's usually just us after midnight so..." referring to herself and other regulars. Again these people approached us every time. The drinks were cheap, thats all I can say good about this place. I don't drink and my friends each only had 1 drink considering you couldn't flag the bartender down, so we were definitely not drunk nor rowdy. We quite literally kept to ourselves, out of the way, and these people approached us. We were also told "people in Gahanna are just not very welcoming of others...". Excuse me? We are very familiar with the Gahanna area, some of us work/live here. Gahanna is very diverse and has some really cool and NOT racist spots. They were very clearly trying to get us to leave. We came to watch the nuggets v wolves game, and play some darts and pool, but definitely wont be back. And will warn any POC to steer clear of this bar. May as well have a sign saying "Miserable Middle Aged White People Only" on the front if you hate young POC so much.
