We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. We are very happy with the quality work and service we received, and definitely got our money's worth.

They were able to put floor balancing material and moisture barrier the same day. They worked with us on a tricky moulding situation in our kitchen that allowed us to have a seemless look throughout our home. In one day, the team was able to install all the floors and baseboards with amazing speed - moving our washer and dryer (and replacing it too!). The final product was PERFECTLY installed. The quote matched the payment and we are very satisfied with the price and end product. We highly recommend the entire team at Pro Floors.

Don, the project manager, was communicative, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Their pricing was also very fair and competitive. Compared with the other estimates I received, NG Floors was easily the best value for the money. My uncle, who is a general contractor, was pleasantly surprised by how great of a deal I received. I also really appreciated their flexibility with financing. At the time, they did not have an established financing partner, but after I asked about financing options, they went out of their way to build a relationship with a lending bank so I could finance my project. That level of effort meant a lot to me. I would definitely use NG Floors again for future projects, especially now that I know they handle home remodeling in addition to flooring. Thanks, Don!

Josh initially came to our home to provide a quote for luxury vinyl plank flooring. He was extremely thorough, took the time to answer all our questions, and provided a detailed quote exactly when he said he would. What we really appreciated was that there was absolutely no sales pressure. Josh simply told us he would wait to hear back from us whenever we were ready to move forward. He also recommended that we visit ProSource Wholesale to explore flooring options and connected us with his contact, Maria, who was equally helpful and easy to work with. As it turned out, my wife and I did a complete 180 on our original plans! Instead of LVP, we decided to go with engineered white oak hardwood in a herringbone pattern. Needless to say, this made our flooring project significantly more complicated and required a much higher level of precision and craftsmanship. Josh, Chris, and the rest of the team absolutely delivered! Throughout the entire project, they were consistently friendly, courteous, professional, and punctual. Their attention to detail, workmanship, and commitment to doing the job right were evident every step of the way. Herringbone is not an easy pattern to install, especially throughout multiple rooms, but the finished product is absolutely beautiful. We are thrilled with how our floors turned out and incredibly thankful that we put our trust in Josh and his team. It's clear that Josh takes tremendous pride in his work and genuinely cares about making sure his customers are happy. I highly recommend Josh's Flooring to anyone considering new flooring. Great work overall, with some caveats…read more Denis and his team performed excellent work installing new LaVie laminate flooring throughout our 1300 sq ft single story house, all at a very good price. It has been quite a few months now and I can't say I've noticed any issues at all with the quality of the installation. I personally was very impressed with how well they managed to get everything to-spec in-spite of our foundation being very non-flat. Rectifying this required a little more time and money, but this was well within our expectations given the existing state of our floor. We stayed in a hotel for four nights while work was being done, with work concluding close to midnight on the night we returned. Prior to install, we moved most of our belongings to our garage and let the installation team handle moving larger appliances and furniture pieces as they worked. That said, there were a few hiccups. The most alarming issue we noticed the morning after we returned home was the presence of work materials scattered throughout our front yard. In-addition to trim pieces and leftover chunks of floor leveler, the most concerning findings included about a half-dozen razor blades, a few reciprocal saw heads, and over a dozen cigarette butts. While Denis did offer to have his team return to perform clean-up after I raised this concern, I decided to act quickly on my own to resolve this in-order to prevent injury to my kids and/or neighbors' dogs. We have also noticed small locations of damage to interior paint, as well as some sort-of hard metal/saw residue on our guest bathroom toilet near one of the bolts where the toilet attaches to the floor. While some of the touch-up work, while annoying, won't be that difficult to fix ourselves, your mileage may vary and is something you have to take into account before approving work. As-of this writing, I have no clue if the toilet can be restored; it's mostly inconspicuous and not the end of the world, but still unfortunate. All things considered, I would consider using Radix Flooring again, but probably only after moving-out of or before moving-into a dwelling, and only after comparing quotes from flooring companies who offer detailed cleaning as part of their contract. I would also beware if you're fussy about your lawn. We fortunately aren't lawn aficionados, so there was no lasting damage from the debris, but the crew needs a work area on your property to cut material and it will be up to you to contend with the state of your manicured lawn after everything is complete.
