Located in a…read moresmall unassuming lot, this food truck is a one man show that serves up delicious Peruvian food. I got the lomo saltado, a classic for me, and it was worth the visit. The meat was tender and flavorful, the fries were crispy, and the sauce was addicting. I got there right at opening and waited over an hour for my food. Note that I also came in the middle of summer so everyone walked out of there with mosquito bites. Luckily, he did have bug repellent available for use. I'd come back to try more food, but would probably wait until the winter.

It is hard to find, so just be on the lookout when you drive up the street, you should see a tent with a blue table underneath it that's next to the truck. The owner is very friendly and made me feel at home, excellent service. The ambiance is very authentic, he even has a small bluetooth speaker playing latin music and everything. I got the Bussin fries and here are my thoughts. Crinkly cut fries were pretty good, crispy with good substance. Chicken was crispy on the outside and still juicy inside. My main issue was that the chicken really tasted like it was over-salted. I actually added extra pickles of my own to it to break up some of the salt. Even though, I had a tough time finishing it all just because of the salt content. I must've received a bad batch with a heavy hand. Other than that, the flavor was good, I just wish the chicken wasn't over-salted.
