We live next door and dare I say best neighbors ever?!? I mean look at the size of that potato!! It's big enough to feed a family of five! Friendly and fast service. Outdoor picnic tables and indoor restaurant with a/c, yay. The brisket potato was perfectly cooked. Potato was soft and tender as was the bbq brisket on top. I would eat here everyday if I could. I mean I can but I shouldn't. lol.
Who ever knew you'd need scrambled egg on baked potato. This place is delicious... with a drip. No literally the ceiling was dripping. But I'm sure they are trying to fix it. If the worst thing I can say is that they got the drip, that's fine by me! I ordered the Dirty Side, which was dank af! So good that I had to go to the clock app to see if others in town were talking about this place. I swung by after passing it on a drive. And what a deliciously serendipitous drive by this was. I cannot wait to try the other taters, I will definitely be back! Did I mention that is a Black Owned Business, in a trendy neighborhood, with great service! It was an all male staff when I went and each guy that I encountered was super nice and also helpful. Plus my food came fast and was creamy, meaty, cheesy and delicious! 10s all around!
I ordered "The Cajun" which came with shrimp, fried chicken, andouille sausage, corn and Cajun cream sauce. Great flavors and huge portion. I would give them a 4/5 as the shrimp was too salty.

The food, I needed warmth and comfort today. It tastes like home, it's seasoned like home, and it brings you back to home. Must have been at least 5lbs worth of food. Gravy was cooked to perfection, crispy chicken morsels, and collards. And of course a silky baked potato and cheese served as a bed for this delectable dish. Excited to go back and try the rest of their menu.

I ordered their Cajun baked potato that comes with a drink and it did not disappoint. It had a generous amount of toppings, the shrimp were cooked to perfection, the fried chicken was crunchy, hints of smokiness from the sausage, the corn added slight sweetness, the cajun cream sauce is what truly elevated this dish adding an explosion of flavor but yet still balanced and it was all topped off on a buttery baked russet potato. Can't wait to try their other baked potatoes and wings. Rating: 10/10 Cajun- Shrimp, fried chicken, andouille sausage. corn and cajun cream sauce loaded onto a baked russet potato.
I've heard of this food truck that makes baked potatoes! SAY WHAT? In love. I came around 3pm today and I'm so happy I did. The menu is straight forward. And the prices are decent, to the size of potatoes you get. They only take cash, so I was actually limited on what I could get. They did say there is an ATM inside, but, who knows what kind of fees. So I got what I could with the cash I had on me. Loaded baked potato it is. It was delicious. Large baked potato, soft and hot, lots of shredded cheese on it and real chunks of bacon. The bacon was wonderful. And I got a packed of sour cream. Wish I had more, but it was very good. It's a little drive for me, but I didn't mind a little road trip. They do have a small parking lot. And several picnic tables that are covered. I didn't go inside to see what that was. Maybe inside seating? Not sure. I really enjoyed it.
You can't go wrong with a loaded baked potato. I got the cajun style and it was amazing. The potatoes here are HUGE and definitely enough to share with 2 people. The sauce was so good with the corn and the shrimp. The service was amazing and it is cash only so i'd bring cash, if not theres an atm inside.
This truck has been on my list for a while now, glad I finally got the chance to visit! The employees are super nice, def worth a visit. The concept of this restaurant is just so unique! *PSA the portion sizes are quite large, definitely a shareable meal* The prices are also kind of steep but if you share it's decent. I got the salmon and asparagus potato - I would give this a 3/5. The glaze really brought this whole dish together but the sweet potato was too buttery for my liking. The chicken fried chicken is SUPER southern, like thanksgiving on a potato. The chicken is fried perfectly and the gravy is so scrumptious! Definitely recommend this potato to anyone!! I would rate it 5/5!
I got the Cajun one, and the sausage was amazing. I wished there was more sausages in mine. It's a nice portion too, and flavor was creamy. It wasn't spicy. It was $21, and it came with a drink. Bring cash though! There is an ATM inside the building if you didn't bring any. Limited parking and mostly street parking.
Picked this food truck on a whim! For beginners let me be the first to state... I'm obsessed with a good baked potato! This food truck comes highly rated for their baked potato! They only have 2 vegetarian options for context! We tried the grilled veggie baked potato.. and frankly I'm a little disappointed.. I asked for it to come with cheese so it's not vegan .. and it just came with a mound of shredded cheese at the top that was not melted. I had higher expectations out of the joint. The flavors were not bad, but there is room for improvement. Service was quick & the individual was very nice! The location of the food truck however was a little dead & dark!
This was an amazing food truck . The staff is so nice and friendly ! This place has a cool menu with all your southern comfort food favorites all piled on a baked potato . They even have a vegetarian potato . Super fast too. read more

They only have 2 vegetarian options for context! We tried the grilled veggie baked potato.. and frankly I'm a little disappointed.. This is one of the best establishments in Austin and it is also blacked owned. They are very professional and polite in their service. It is ran to a perfection and they are also always trying to improve service. The workers constantly ask if I was fine while I waited on my food. When I received my food it was very good, cooked well and also steaming hot. I have definitely been here multiple times but every time it seems like the food is getting better. I highly recommend to people who live here in Austin and haven't been or people that have and are hungry. read more

This was the comfort food stop I didn't know I needed today! I will say at first the prices may give you a little pause but don't let that detour you, the portions are beyond what is being charged and the quality of the food is delicious! We were told the order of the menu is based on most frequently requested or highest rated so we of course went with the #1 and #3. We were also able to sample sauces to help us decide and they make it in house, honestly if I could bottle both to take home I would! My plus one and I shared both dishes and appreciated each for what the flavors presented. Something I always appreciate in a dish is when you can savor every bite without having to add anything to it like salt or hot sauce or etc. This place checks every seasoning and flavor box there is. This is one of those places you're gonna crave and nothing else can fix that craving. We got the Portabello Veggie and all the veggies were beautifully seasoned and roasted or something gorgeous. It's topped in this Cajun creme sauce that is so good you'll question why you've ever considered just shredded cheese as an option. They even threw in extra sauce for when we get to the bottom. This tater was a beast and I SUPPOSE you could share for a light meal... But I don't know why you would want to. We're vegetarians and we seriously almost got one of the other seafood or chicken option because they looked sooo amazing. Anywho, 600 stars.. we'll be back. read more
Holy mother of SPUD. This is not a meal; it's an effing avalanche of food. From first glance, it may seem expensive but once you get your order, you quickly realize you're basically served a grip of entrees on top of a massive potato. Break the thing down into its individual parts and it all makes sense. When we arrived they only had 5 potatoes left and they needed about a half hour to prepare (which they were very up front about) so we ordered and then walked to a nearby place (Rosewood) to grab a cocktail while we waited - supporting two businesses in one outing? Never a bad thing. I customized mine with fried chicken (it just says chicken on the menu, so be forewarned!), cajun sauce (which already has cheese in it so she advised me I didn't need additional cheese as a topping unless I really wanted it - much appreciated!) and asparagus. When we got back to collect our goodies, they mentioned they ran out of asparagus so got my permission real quick to add mixed veggies instead (didn't just assume that was ok, which was considerate). Picking up the bag requires muscles! That thing is no joke. When I finally consumed it, I was in starch heaven. That cajun sauce is perfection, the fried chicken was a nice texture change from the potato and the potato was a golden goose of a vessel. I loved it, as did my dog who went wild when he sneaked some while I wasn't looking. I don't know if my arteries can handle a recurring visit to Anything, but when I'm down to dive head first into a loaded spud, I'll be there in a flash. #SupportBlackBusinesses read more

A friend told me about Anythings and I was really curious to try. I had seen mouthwatering photos online and knew I wanted to try the Cajun. Cajun comes with shrimp, fried chicken, andouille sausage and corn in a rich cream sauce.Super genius idea to put all of the above listed items on a pillowy soft inside of the potato, and a crispy skin on the outside. *Chef's Kiss* Delish! It's a huge portion and also comes with a drink. The guys were working their butts off in the food truck and got us setup with an order in no time. I took leftovers home and the boo ate it up! Wow! I follow Anything's Baked Potato on Insta and have been intrigued for weeks. I finally had the opportunity to have lunch there today and wow wow wow. I ordered the East Sliders and they were amazing! Perfectly spicy, with a slaw to soothe the palate. The sliders came with french fries and they were cooked to perfection with a delicious seasoning blend. I was sincerely delighted with my meal. My sister had the Cajun style baked potato and that was sooo good. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the Cajun sauce was flavorful. This is REAL food y'all! You NEED to try this spot like NOW. Been had my eye on here a minute, so I was happy to pull up about 5 minutes before a huge rush. I ordered the Teriyaki vegan, no mushrooms on a sweet potato. It came out LOADED AF!! Unfortunately it wasnt on a sweet, but it was TOO many beautiful veggies heaped on the russet to take back. The Teriyaki sauce was fabulous & the veggie mix was an asian blend. Im a foodie, so I had to chop it up w the Chef bout the mixup--- He couldn't believe it, and got me next go round. Super nice dude!! We talked food, and the vibe was nice. I will most certainly return. The other potato is the Dirty Side, and it was inhaled by its owner, who then went straight to sleep. ITIS. Parking gets full, but its street parking. This is a WHOLE meal, so worth $15-$20. read more

Visiting Austin for an event and this was a must stop to grab food before heading back home. I was indecisive on which option to get but I ordered the Cajun as a recommendation. It didn't disappoint with shrimp, chicken, andouille sausage, corn, Cajun cream sauce on the baked potato. Straight I WILL BE BACK TO TRY THE OTHER OPTIONS!!!! read more

I just recently heard about this place and decided I would check it out. I ordered/paid for a brisket baked potato and a fruit punch. I placed my order 20 minutes before I arrived at the food truck. I noticed online it said brisket was only sold on Friday's and Saturday's. The online system asked for my phone number and email address. I received a receipt via email and a text with my order number/time to pick up my food. You can choose what time you want to pick up your food. The online system was easy to use. The food truck was easy to find as they are next to the George Carver Library. The parking lot is small, but you can park on the street. I went to the pick up order window and two men were present. One man was sitting down on his phone and the other man was working on orders. I stood at the window for at least a minute before I was greeted. The guy that was sitting down asked for my name and I told him. He told me they ran out of brisket and fruit punch. He advised the online system still allowed me to place my order even though they were out of brisket. He offered me a refund or told me I could order something else. I ordered the chicken fried baked potato. I asked for a water. I asked why didn't I receive a phone call or text/email that the brisket ran out. He said his assistant handles that. Whatever that means. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes for my food. They give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. When my order was ready I went to the window and picked up my food. There were no silverware or napkins in my bag. The bag was heavy from the loaded baked potato. The food was good, but the customer service was not good. I'm not impressed. read more

The no response speaks for itself. Have I paid $40 for hookah, and what did I get? Not hookah! The hookah didn't work at all. The tips didn't fit in the hose, and you couldn't even inhale the smoke from the base to the hookah port. If you can't deliver accountability or service, why be in the service industry. Still haven't heard from the owner, and I doubt I will. read more
Their baked potatoes are huge and tasty but pricey. And I would say that the service is just ok not the worst but not the best. You can have a lot of different variations and add ins but it can make it close to $20 for a baked potato. The location has an inside spot to eat as well that's climate controlled so that is nice. I'd go back to try some other creations that they have read more

Location of this truck is great and well lit which for me is always something that matters. Overall I would for sure recommend this place. The service was fast considering we went on a Friday evening. I do plan to return and take my mom when she's in town. As much as I would give this place a 5, there are a few things that are holding me back : I personally would have preferred more chicken and less sauce, the greens were a little salty to my tasting.
