Yolanda, pictured, is the only cook and owner of her trailer since 2013. Her recipes are full of flavor, warmth & pride. The tacos did not disappoint and she'll make them however you want! I recommend you make sure to have one of your tacos with beans and that you also save room for her amazing & tummy/soul warming fideo! Yolanda checked in on us to see how we liked her food. She is a hardworking woman, full of pride & soul. She chatted with me and we exchanged stories. For a moment, there were no customers and she even sat down and had a bowl of fideo with us. I was told it would be about 15 minutes. 15 turned into 20 and eventually 30. 30 minutes was an extremely long wait for 2 small, mediocre tacos for almot $9. They lacked seasoning, especially the migas, which also did not have any meat. The pastor was slightly better, but both failed in comparison to other places. I love supporting small businesses, especially food trucks, and wish them the best, but it may not be needed as others seem very pleased with their food.
