Every single thing I tried from this place is delicious . The food is cooked fresh , that's why it takes them so long to serve you . I think I had to wait like 20 minutes for my order . The place is neat and clean . My friends always comes to this plaza for Red chili but honestly this food is way better and tastier . I tried there kabobs and it is juicy and the rice served with it is delicious as well . Today I tried the mantu which was so good it was like meat stuffed in ravioli and yogurt sauce on the top. I ate it with some rice from my friends kebsa .my parents love this place and I love this place . The owner is extremely nice and kind . Food was great!! Large selection. Went with my wife and kids. She had a gyro and loved it. Kids had a cheeseburger and chicken strips. Burger was incredible and we got a huge portion of chicken strips. I had the beef Konica. It was insanely good. I went there tonight with my husband and baby. Food was great. They even do burgers with lettuce wrap. They have high chairs for babies which is a plus for us since not many restaurants have them anymore. The guy who helped us was very polite. Food can take a little time to come out but it's definitely worth it. Definitely worth driving for from north Hollywood. read more

I really love this place and hope it will come back to operating like a normal restaurant now that the worst of the pandemic is over. I've been by there twice in the last few weeks and it hasn't been open and no one answers the phone. I am begging the owners to get it together, hire one or two people to help out the poor old lady in the kitchen. She is a great cook but cannot run the restaurant by herself. This is the last remaining Afghan restaurant in the Valley and is the only one I know of that makes mantu from scratch, not from won ton wrappers! Please try to stay afloat! We need you! read more

I order delivery from here all the time and it's consistently amazing. The chicken wings (spicy of course) are the best in the area. Crispy, perfectly cooked, TONS of meat, and the spicy sauce is delicious. I also get the Chicken Kabsa and it's always perfectly cooked and well seasoned. The Chapli kabbob burger is great too. Been here several times Ordered for a party as well, more than once. Can't go wrong with the afghan rice, it is soft and aromatic. If you do not like raisins maybe asked them to omit them omit them for you. The lamb was not as soft from long slow cooking, which i prefer with any meat, but still flavorful. I don't really have any complaints, i have tried several of their dishes. Generally always have enough left over for another meal. Worth a try! read more

What a pleasant experience from start to finish. The Parking lot is big and filled with many spots. This was my first time here and the owner was very friendly and informative he recommended the Chicken afghani plate. So I decided I would order to go. He did inform me it would take roughly 15-20mins for the food to be ready and offered me a cup of beautiful freshly brewed cup of green tea. Let me tell you like the description says grilled to PERFECTION! The chicken was so flavorful and tender with them perfect grilled marks, the rice so light and flavorful and with a surprise raisins I'm not of fan of mixing sweet and savory but god that was delicious! This place has DELICIOUS food! We have picked up here before and always order the Chicken Afghani. This time we ordered delivery and they were prompt and kind. I decided to try some other items from the menu and man, no regrets on that! Besides the staple Chicken Afghani, we got the Chicken Koobideh plate and the Potato Qorma. First, this was a ton of food! We had food for days, I kid you not. Second, their Koobideh is perfectly seasoned and not dry at all, which I've found at some other places. But man! That Potato Qorma, OMG! Bf and i were craving Mediterranean food amd i had to search yelp for options. I saw this resto as "hot and new" and told my bf tgat we have to try it. Place is spacious and they have pictures of food when you order at the counter. I ordered the chicken aghani i think its called and my bf ordered lamb with potatoes. And we had free appetizers when we checked in. It took are food awhile to cook but i didnt mind cause thats when we know they cook it fresh. OMG the food was amazing! Been meaning to check this place out since it changed to halal kitchen cafe. All I have to say I wow. I was impressed. From the new management to the light remodeling everything looked great. Food was the same yummy tasty deliciousness as before if not better with the added variety and special orders. I came specifically to try out the buffet special they have going on through the holy month of Ramadan. For 13.99 you get to dig into a great selection of foods. From kabobs to diff rice choices and meats and tonight they had a spaghetti Bolognese yummmm I was definitely satisfied and was able to squeeze in some dessert. That cream thing with the strawberries was a light and refreshing delight to my taste buds. The lovely lady also was going around offering green or black tea. I will definitely becoming back to try out other nights since she said that the buffet is a little different each day. read more

I go there after ordering the chicken salad for 7.95 and expecting 1 free drink using Yelp. Once I get there I'm told free drinks are not offered anymore even though it shows I checked in on Yelp and get a free drink. Theen I'm told the chicken salad is 9.99 and the website is always wrong (even though it is their own website) and that I should take responsibility and it is only $2.00 difference. The food might be ok (idk I didn't take the plate) but if the restaurant is not willing to take responsibility for their website then I would not trust them with the food either. read more

Wow everything from the buffet had so much flavor. The rice with lamb was spectacular. It's was literally falling off the bone and cooked to perfection. Finally had a really good gyro in the valley after a long time. The jumbo gyro reminded me of my childhood, when my aunt used to buy me gyros that were from another restaurant that after she left I could no longer find. The gyro was PERFECT meat to sauce to salad to bread ratio. More importantly, the owner literally customized the Greek fries for me by GOING OUT TO THE store and bought Serrano peppers to make my Greek fries spicy. IT TASTED AMAZING. read more
