Hai Qi Massage is wonderful! It's a mother-and-daughter team, and they both do fantastic work. They each have a different massage style, but I've had great experiences with both of them. Every time I walk out, I feel like I have a new body! All the kinks and tension are worked out, and I leave feeling so much less stressed and completely refreshed. I'm really grateful I found Haiqi Massage Center in downtown Honolulu. Trying a new massage place can feel like a gamble, but this one immediately felt calm, clean, and genuinely welcoming. They're located at 1188 Bishop St Ste 1005, Honolulu, HI 96813, and complimentary parking is available with a confirmed appointment, which is such a plus in this area. It's also a perfect location for anyone working in downtown Honolulu or spending time nearby. Booking is very easy -- you can schedule by text at (808) 219-3169, which makes everything simple and convenient. I've been to many massage spots across O'ahu, and this one truly stands out -- I've already been coming back multiple times now. Toni is upbeat, professional, and has a calm, grounded presence that helps you relax right away. She listens closely, checks in, and tailors the massage to what your body actually needs -- not a one-size-fits-all routine. I left feeling lighter, more restored, and noticeably better. One of my favorite moments was lying on the table, looking out at the greenery and city view, and even seeing a rainbow appear outside -- such a peaceful, unexpected touch that made the whole experience feel even more special. This is a true gem of a local Honolulu business, and I'm so grateful for the care from Toni and Haiqi. I'm a repeat customer for a reason. Still searching for the massage place you'll actually come back to? This is it. read more

Haiqi is absolutely amazing! Straight to the point. She will ask you what area you want to work and she will take care of you. If you need deep tissue, feeling tight, sore, she will definitely work on you. It feels like she has an X-ray vision, she really worked on every spot that needed care. The whole time you will be getting an actual massage instead of light touches to kill time. I wanted to find a massage therapist since the one I used to go left the island. Well, I found Haiqi and will definitely be back frequently!! Thank you so much Haiqi! You're incredible!! read more

This is the best place for Thai massage. They do specialize in other modalities but the Thai massage is my favorite. My body is too stiff with repetitive computer work. The massage really helps my low back pain and stiff neck. I never thought getting my arms and hands worked on would hurt like hell. It's definitely worth the pain as my muscles feels looser and more relaxed. I've been going to Haiqi a few times this year for couples massage. My girlfriend and I are never disappointed at the service we received from Toni and Kristy. read more

IF you're looking for an exceptional massage, Haiqi is it. A friend recommend this place a couple of years ago and it's been my go to ever since. Kristy and Toni have been amazing fixing my broken body... every session gets better. Unlike other places that use a cookie cutter routine. They listen to your areas of concern and really address them. You can tell they truly love their craft and care about helping their clients. Ive highly recommended them to all of my friends. read more

My husband and I got the couples massage and it was amazing. They really focused on our knots and felt what we needed. My husband who has gotten plenty of massages and Thai massages in Thailand said this was the best Thai massage he's had before. Very traditional Thai massage and great pressure. My Swedish massage was also amazing. She really worked on my shoulders which no masseuse ever really does other than a few squeezes. She really went in with working out my muscles all in the problem areas. We will definitely be coming back and really recommend them read more

I can't recommend this amazing mother/daughter massage therapist team enough! Not only are they incredibly skilled at what they do, but they also make the whole process simple and stress-free. They accept Kaiser and HMSA insurance (which is a huge bonus!)--and the best part is that you can just call or text them to get started. They'll walk you through easy step-by-step instructions on how to set it up. My partner and I both have Kaiser, so we often book couples massages together, and it's honestly the best use of our insurance benefits we've ever discovered. We've lived on Oahu for over a decade, and both of us agree--these are hands down the BEST massages we've ever received. They intuitively know exactly where to work, and every session leaves us feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and grateful. If you're looking for therapeutic, healing, and truly personalized massages (whether individual or couples), look no further. This duo is exceptional, and I feel so lucky to have found them. P.S. They provide free parking for the entire duration of your massage, which makes getting in and out so easy and convenient--no need to stress about meters or finding a spot. read more

I've been seeing Toni and Kristy regularly for a few years now. Toni takes me most of the time, but Kristy rotates in occasionally to provide the same high-quality treatment. The experience they provide is very professional and tailored to what I need in any given week. Strong, hard pressure when/where I really need the extra work to relieve tight, knotted up areas. Gentle, soothing motions when I just need to relax/unwind after a tough week. read more

Toni gave me the most intense massage I've ever had. I almost forgot my slippers on the way out, it was that good. Very clean and quiet with beautiful views. read more

Haiqi and Toni are absolutely the best massaage therapists I have ever had anywhere in the world, in the U.S., Asia, and Europe. Haiqi is very strong and works deep into my muscles and joints, while inflicting no discomfort. Before she starts, she aways asks where bothers me the most and works on those parts rigorously to give me the much needed relief. Both mother and daughter are very friendly, and their place, despite being in an office building, is very pleasant and relaxing. And yes, they provide free parking! read more

Haiqi is amazing! Tiny but unbelievably strong, she gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. She worked out all my stubborn knots with perfect pressure timed to my breathing. Firm, deep, and therapeutic. I left feeling lighter and even looser the next day. If you want lasting relief from muscle tension, surrender to her hands and feet--you won't regret it! read more

Great communication, clean and comfortable setting and VERY strong massages. My wife and I enjoyed the massage very much. We will definitely be back. read more

Been coming to this place for a while now and I'm never disappointed. There is a Feng shui vibe of the place where everything seems to be carefully considered. I mostly see Toni who is da bomb.com in regard to her skills. She gives a thoughtful massage and takes into consideration the needs of her clients. I would say her foot work is on point and the first moments of the massage where she's working out the knots with her heels is what keeps me coming back to this establishment. Kristi also provides an excellent massage and knows how to target the right pressure points. Overall this is a charming family owned and operated establishment for which I find to be a hidden gem in Chinatown. I will definitely be coming back and I hope others continue to as well. read more

Wow my husband was impressed .!!! He somehow sprain his foot. Happened to stumble across this place. Made an appointment and got in the same day. Great communication easy to find. Verrryyyyy professional.. she was way more than accommodating. He would definitely recommend her again.!!! read more

Super accommodating! I asked to push my appointment up and they were flexible. However, I asked for a deep tissue massage because I have a lot of extreme knots in my shoulders and back. They gave me a Swedish massage, and I am leaving with the same level of pain in my shoulders and back. I've received better massages in Los Angeles for less money. read more

I've been getting therapeutic massages for about 6 years now, and I have to say hands down this is was the BEST massage I've gotten. Haiqi has very strong hands for a petite lady! She check's in with you to make sure the pressure is ok, which is always appreciated. Also Toni is so quick to get back to you when booking your appointment and so very pleasant. There massage studio is very clean and very tranquil. I'm definitely coming back here and recommending this place to everyone! read more

Great place to get a massage, very nice with it. Haiqi & Toni are amazing! Highly recommend! Super nice , & very warm hospitality.

Very very relaxing. The massage felt totally professional! I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better for it and I would recommend it. It was a really good massage . read more

Mixed feelings... Kristi Feng was really nice and strong hands loosened out my back. I knew she was getting in there. Buuuuut... it felt like I was getting noogies over my body and it rubbed/pulled my skin. She was noogy-ing fast so my body was just shaking...and sometimes when she moved to a new spot she would just jam in there so caught me off guard. My knee hurts now from being pulled rather abruptly and probably pushed a little past its normal range of motion. I like the location since it's downtown near my work. They had completely open availability which is never a good thing. But not sure if maybe they are just new and trying to get established. I'm skeptical to go back, but maybe next time I will try the other therapist and ask from the non-noogy massage. read more

My overall experience here was fantastic! First off, they responded quick and I managed to schedule an appointment very quickly. During the massage, my therapist (Kristy) always made sure that I was comfortable. I was also offered hot tea or water after the massage which was nice! The massage itself was very therapeutic. I have constant lower back pain, however Kristy really knows what she's doing and seems to hit every spot. I've never felt so relieved from my lower back pain, it is definitely hard to find actual good massages out there. I recommend Kristy to anyone out there who seeks for healing massage. read more

My fiance and I found our to go to massage place! We've tried many different massage places and we thought it was good until here. And we've thought wow we've been missing out on a really good massage until we tried this place out with Toni and Kristy. Easy to find and there is a parking garage to the building. There is I think about 5 floors in the parking garage. We went on a weekend so there was a lot of parking. There massage place is very clean and nice! With a pleasant little view of downtown. Toni and Kristy are very sweet, nice, and genuine. They listen and understand when they ask what areas we want massaged or which areas are more concerning. And they check up on you to make sure you are okay during the massage. Excellent customer service and by far the best we had! Extremely satisfied with the massage my fiance and I got. They are very thorough, passionate in what they do for their customers, and work really hard in giving a good massage. They really got into so many areas from head to toe that no other massage person did. We definitely will be back. Thank you Toni and Kristy! :) read more

Probably the most cleanest place I had ever been. Toni the tiger is very attentive and finishes her session with a tiger like scalp massage that will send tingles throughout your body. I've only been here twice, and I absolutely love this place and Kristy. I am at that age now where my body is starting to feel all the aches from youth. Being hunched over a computer for hours on end has not helped either. I've been to other masseuses before, and I felt good after, but Kristy has been the only one to give me true relief. She worked on muscles I didn't even know were tense and achey because the pain from other areas were greater. It honestly amazes me how intuitive she is about massage. I feel like my body gets hit with a reset after. So unless I am out of town, I won't go to another masseuse; she's that good! Highly, highly recommend! read more
