Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my wife for a couples massage that was prepaid for a Christmas present and everything started out good. My masseuse left and didn't say anything about 10 minutes into the massage. 25 minutes of waiting I realized she wasn't coming back. She was servicing another person that walked in while we first were getting ready for our massage while my wife was still getting her massage next to me. They offered to make up 70 minutes after, I don't have time to be waiting around at some trying to get a "make it up to you" massage after my wife's massage is finished. That's not what a couple massage is. I was mad and over it and refused any further service and waited in the car for my wife's massage to be finished. Do not go here, what a waste of money. These women are STRONG! Haha if you like deep and firm massages look no further. Coconut oil and hot stone are included (the hot stone felt so good!). We had a whole body and foot massage from Groupon and it really was full body - from head to the store of your feet. They take care too wrap your hair in a towel too so the oil doesn't get on it. But they use their forearms to press all the knots out, and their hands to put pressure on different parts of the body. They end with a scalp and shoulder massage. Very professional, very clean, and they have me a bag upon leaving! They also have a stamp card which is nice. Massages are typically around $70 for 60 minutes but they do the full 60 minutes, which doesn't count the time you're getting ready. My fiance and I just came here for the first time. We were welcomed warmly and brought to a relaxing, quaint room for our couples massage. The massage was absolutely wonderful! I could feel my masseuse being attentive to how my body was reacting to her massage, and overall she was very good at recognizing when to press in, and when to back off. All-in-all, I'm impressed! I've tried a few massage places on island over the last few years, and I don't want to be too influenced by recency bias, but right now, this may be my favorite place! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!!!!!! Worst couples massage I have ever experienced. At first it was just confusing. They were stretching me instead of doing any sort of massage. Then, they tried to make us pay $20 to use tiger balm to relax our shoulders.... why would I pay for a massage when I can just put Tiger Balm on at home? After we refused, they became more aggressive and started to massage us harder. We had to ask them to be more gentle. It felt very intentional. Then at the end of the service, when I went to tip- she asked us to tip a larger sum. I was going to tip 20%. It felt fair for the service. She google translated to me that "We gave you a long massage can we at least get more than that?" -- I was confused and she is legally not allowed to require a tip like that.... Plus I was tipping regardless! When I tried to leave a review for $5 off, she nodded and then kept my price the exact same! Not getting my $5 back but hopefully my review can save some achey backs from being walked on and a google translated conversation about how cheap you are for tipping on what service you find appropriate. read more

This was not only the worst massage I have ever received, considering it is more of them seeing how far they can stretch you till you resist, but also the worst service I have ever encountered at a massage business. We were texted from a personal cell where we scheduled our appointment. We showed up nearly 10 minutes early. Then we were told on google translate that "We thought the people who walked in were you guys. Come back in an hour" Frustrated, but no choice, we left. Before leaving I asked "are we able to get a discount since we have to leave and come back?" She said "Yes, yes. Sorry". At 9:50 we arrived and were ushered into our room immediately without the chance to discuss prices. After the service, we got no discount. I asked and she said what we were paying was the lowest she could do. We argued for a bit about how this was not OUR mistake and we had no choice but to come back late. I pointed out the sign to say, "If I leave a review could we get the $5 off like the sign says?" She said yes, rolled her eyes, and entered the exact same price as before. We payed and then the tip option came up. I am a good tipper, but on GOOD service. So I went to custom tip less than the recommend 25%. She said "No, you have to select one of these options"-- I told her that she legally can not require a tip and that there is a custom option. Then once I entered my tip, she google translated to me "We just gave you a 70 minute massage, can we at least get a little more?" .... I tip on GOOD service, that includes good customer service. End of story. I will never come back. They clearly do not care about appointments or customers who would be loyal. read more
