Don't be misled by this newly opened spot--it's quickly become my favorite place for a massage. Located in Waikiki, closer to the Ala Moana end, it's conveniently situated near my workplace. Initially, I was skeptical since it was new and had only one review. However, one day after work, needing some serious relaxation, I decided to give it a try, especially since it was within walking distance. I called ahead to check availability, and the friendly lady on the phone was accommodating, fitting the masseuse's schedule around mine. This level of flexibility is rare, as I usually struggle to get appointments that fit my busy schedule. This alone was a great start for me. The place is in a small shopping plaza called Eaton Square, and the lady even texted me their address and detailed instructions to find it. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and asked about my sore spots as I was shown to a room. The room itself was perfect for relaxation, with dimmed lights and soothing music. The massage was incredible. The masseuse checked in on the pressure and explained why certain spots were sore, providing a mini-education session on my body. By the end of the hour, my tension and soreness had significantly decreased. The overall experience, from the service to the environment and pricing, is among the best I've encountered in Waikiki. For newcomers looking to get a massage in town, especially in Waikiki, I highly recommend this place. Despite the minor inconvenience of no shower facilities (understandable given the office-building setting), this will definitely be my go-to massage spot, and I look forward to visiting again.l read more

Decided I needed to treat myself every now and then to a good massage but always find it difficult to find a massage therapist that can put a lot of power in their massage and technique. I am usually on my feet all day so by the end of the shift my back is usually killing me. I did a little research and found Sunshine Massage & Spa. They are quite new and they are located near Eaton Square. In particular, Amy was the assigned therapist to work on my back and sore muscles. To my surprise before our massage, Amy did an excellent job in recommending the type of massage that would benefit me the most. Even though small in stature, Amy has a lot of power and strength in her massage. Using a special CBD oil, she really worked out the knots and kinks that were tightened in my upper shoulders and lower back. She even helped me to do some stretching exercises to relieve some cramps that I experienced during the massage. By the end of the massage I felt really relaxed and very refreshed. Amy did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Amy by name. She also recommended that next time I should get a longer massage so that she can work longer on the most tense areas of my back and shoulders. I will definitely be coming back to Amy at Sunshine Massage & Spa. Mahalo nui for the excellent massage and professionalism. read more
