Vicky and her team of professional massage therapists welcome you with a smile and always provide excellent therapeutic and relaxing massages tailored to your needs and preferences. I have had three appointments so far and consider myself a regular customer! Go for the 90 minute session, you won't regret it. The spa is conveniently located on the ground floor of Century Center on the Waikiki-side of the building. Therefore, you don't need to go through the building lobby and wait for an elevator. There are well-marked guest parking stalls at the ground level and some on upper levels of the parking structure. Be sure to park in guest stalls only. The private massage rooms are cool, tranquil, and relaxing. The massage tables feel more comfortable/deluxe as compared to other massage spas. Whether you are a visitor to Waikiki or a local Kamaaina looking for a good relaxing massage, you will enjoy your visit to Rainbow Massage& Spa! read more

I had really bad period cramps today, and the massage therapist took such great care of me. She was incredibly attentive and focused on every area I told her was hurting. She was patient, gentle, and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible throughout the session. I also want to give a special thank you to Youyou. She was so kind and caring when she saw how much pain I was in. She checked on me and made me feel truly cared for, and I really appreciated her kindness. I'm so grateful for the wonderful service I received today. Everyone was warm, professional, and compassionate. I highly recommend this place, and I hope the business continues to grow and do well. Thank you so much! read more

Got the couple massage for 120 min. Was amazing, all the way from Cali. It was great and close by!

Nana was Absolutely the best massage I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The therapist really listened to what I needed and tailored the session perfectly--just the right balance of relaxation and targeted pressure. I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely refreshed. Highly professional, incredibly skilled, and worth every minute. I'll definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for real relief and relaxation. read more

I originally went on Groupon to look up massage places near our hotel for our trip. I went on yelp to read the reviews and looked into their website to see if there were any promos happening so that I could support the establishment instead of using Groupon. I read online for some that if you use a Groupon, they "forced you to tip" which I thought was strange because regardless of Groupon or not, you should always tip for massages anyways. I decided to go with Rainbow Spa & Massage as I saw on their website that they had a $119 deal for a couple's 1 hour massage. The massage consisted of hot stones, body and foot massage. I called during the beginning of the week to make an inquiry of it as well as an appointment. There is definitely some language barriers on the phone so just be mindful when making an appointment as well. I was told multiple times on the phone that this $119 deal was for cash only. From my understanding, if you paid in card you have to pay the credit card service fee? or something extra on top of it. The day of, the person called back to ensure that we were still able to make the appointment at 3pm on Friday. We arrived about 10 minutes prior to our appointment because they made it seem like it was hard to find the storefront. The unit was on the side of the building and we found it fairly easy. We walked from our hotel, but they do have a parking lot if you are driving there. When we arrived to the appointment, the lady asked if we had an appointment and we told them we did at 3pm. She looked a little frazzled, and someone else came over to verify our appointment. She said that they were "full" at this location and to follow her to the other rooms in the building. That was a little confusing as we booked an appointment ahead of time so it did not make sense how they had no rooms for us. We ended up following her to a few stores down to Yaya's. Rainbow spa must own Yaya's as well because they walked in as if it was no big deal to get an empty room to do our massages. Both establishments were very clean, and they ask you to take off your shoes at the front prior to walking to the rooms. We were told the massage was 30 minutes body, 30 minutes feet. They were constantly checking in on whether it was enough pressure, which was nice. The people/owners that were working there were nice, the place was clean and they were attentive to us. The cons were how they would open the door to grab things but left the door open and the music choice was interesting. I don't mind them going out to grab the necessary supplies like the hot stones and hot towels but I would appreciate it if they closed the door a little bit while getting it. Though, it did not seem like there were any other customers there besides us at that time so there is that as well. The music ranged from traditional spa music, to music you would hear at Disneyland, to some awkward "ad noises". I hope you don't get thrown off by the weird "ad noises" that gets played every once in a while. For the price of a couple's massage and easy of appointment, I would come back if I am in the state and was looking for another massage. The masseuses were kind and would check in periodically to see if they needed to use more of less pressure. Overall, it was pretty relaxing, clean, and affordable. read more

Rainbow Spa & Massage - Inside "Yaya's" not rainbow spa due to limited space per owners - Massage Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

I had a 2-hour massage today. The therapist was kind, but her hands were quite rough. She would start working on a knot, get halfway through it, then stop and just move on to general rubbing around the body--almost like she was just trying to fill the time. I prefer someone who can find the pressure points and really work through the knots until they're smoothed out. Instead, most of the session was spent just rubbing the body and lightly scrubbing my feet. I mentioned at least three times that I prefer deep pressure and targeted work, but either she didn't understand or just wasn't willing to put in the effort. I still gave her a decent tip, but honestly, it felt like she wasn't passionate about her work. read more

Will be back soon thank you Annie that was a great massage/stretching therapy. Very nice and clean spa and very friendly staff and professional. read more

So terrible and a waste of money. The lady on the phone was yelling at me when I called to book an appointment and I should've taken it as a sign. She called me back and told me where to park so fast and hung up, I didn't even get the chance to ask where to park again because the phone call was about 15 seconds. The massage was awkward, I asked for hard pressure but she barely touched me even when I asked again if she could go harder. I've been in so much pain that I was hoping for a relaxing massage and the reviews looked promising. I actually felt worse leaving and felt like my money went down the trash. I still gave a 20% tip because I understand tipping culture and the lady looked at me like it wasn't enough... no thank you no nothing. Had to walk out in awkward silence. Take your money elsewhere, there are way better massage places above Rainbow spa. read more

I saw Cindy yesterday. She did an amazing job untying the pain in my back. Such a nice personality also.

My husband surprised me with a wonderful couples massage (full body + hot stones) and I loved it so much! I used to get massages at multiple places with friends but this place got in there and massaged areas that other masseuse couldn't get. I also love how comfortable and relaxing the rooms are, and how they communicate with you during the massage so they know they're meeting your every needs. I will be coming back again for sure! And I'm bringing my friends and sister so they can experience this amazing massage! read more

I had purchased a Groupon for a couples massage and when I called, she stated that the groupons were M-F but I explained to her that the other person works a 9-5 M-F, she was able to accommodate for a weekend day. The massage was done well. I usually tense up during a massage and it hurts, but he did a good job and it didn't hurt at all. The place was also clean read more

Got a Groupon for a couple's massage from here. My masseuse was the lady who also works at the front desk - Vicky. Oh my goodness, Vicky's hands are heavenly! She released muscles that I didn't even know I had. At the end of the massage I felt weightless. It was amazing. I can't wait to go back! Also, the beds that they have are softer and more comfortable than the massage beds at other massage parlors. It doesn't feel hard at all, and allows you to enjoy the massage even more. The entryway is cute, with lots of flowers and cute chairs too. Call ahead to make your appointment! read more

Oh my this is my 2nd time back 2 days in a row! Asked for Lucy again and went for the 90 minutes this time. I walked a lot around Wikiki today so my legs, especially the calf, are very sore. Lucy relaxed my whole body first and gift me some hot stones, then she worked on my calf for a good 30 minutes. It was the same oil + push along the tendon (順著筋油推）and it was heaven on earth. She then flipped me over and worked on my neck and shoulders like I requested. Will probably come back again for 3 days in a row! read more

Lucy was great! Great stretch and massage. Loved the deep tissue and stretching. Definitely give it a try!

Best massage I've had in a long time. Would definitely come back. Cindy took good care of me and my wife!

We called the spa one day before our reservation for a couples massage and they were very flexible. We were departing Honolulu the same night and the staff was very accommodating with their shower use. The shower and establishment were both very clean. The massage was fantastic. Mimi and Judy were very communicative and made sure neither of us were in any pain whatsoever. Would definitely recommend! read more

I had serious knots in my upper back for a few days. I knew they wouldn't go away soon. I looked up this place and booked an appt. The reviews said to ask for Vicky. I didn't think I could grab her at the last minute. I did land her as my masseuse and she did more than requested. Added on the hot stones that melted my muscle pain. She worked out every knot in my body. She is so friendly and sweet, too! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Lord for a place like this! read more

My husband booked a two hour massage for my friends and I and it was perfect! Excellent price.

*They have parking available, so no hassle involved to accessing this place!!! Location: We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this spot. We walked in to a cute little reception area with a cute flower backdrop & were greeted by a very nice lady. We requested a couples massage since we were celebrating our anniversary, and they had this nice, clean, tidy room! It has some "love" decorations that really added that romantic touch that I was hoping for. Massage: The massage was everything! We got a "thailand" style massage, I think lol It was very relaxing & enjoyable. She made sure to ask if I was okay with the pressure throughout the massage. We loved this place and know you will too! read more

Andy and Xixi did our couples massage and it was amazing. Both were very professional and made sure that both my husband and I were comfortable during the entire massage. We did the couple massage with hot stone and body scrub. I was tight in my neck and shoulders, Andy made sure the pressure was not too hard and definitely worked all of my knots out. Xixi gave good amount of pressure for my husband. He has very tight muscles from work and she was able to work out some of that muscle tension. The hot stones feels amazing and helped release some more tension and the body scrub left it both feeling smooth as a baby's bottom. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the amazing service! Added bonus: they have stamp cards!! After 10 visits you get 1 free read more

Tl;dr: Great for me, just ok for my husband. Staff speaks Mandarin and may make blunt comments or give insufficient directions. Spa was clean and not crazy expensive. We used a Groupon for a deluxe couple's massage with essential oil and a body scrub. I really enjoyed my massage from Andy. He was really professional and used the right amount of pressure. The acupressure on the knots in my back were painful at first, but felt so much better by the end. My husband would rate three stars, because his masseuse, Vicki, did not apply enough pressure and kept leaving the room. He was disappointed she didn't use acupressure anywhere. I have a couple complaints, but not enough to knock off a star. The description said essential oil, but it was just regular, unscented massage oil. Also, it was odd to not be given robes and walk down the hall to shower off the oil. The shower label was upside-down, so it was a hilarious cold shower with my husband. They asked for our picture after (I assume for marketing) and for a review. read more

What an amazing experience and right in the heart of Waikiki! I highly recommend, I will be back - my massage therapist was Allen and he was exceptional!! Professional and wonderful read more

This was the worst massage I've ever gotten. If I could give a ZERO, I would. If you liked being "brushed" massage and not actual massage, then this is for you. But I actually want to feel my massage and make me feel better. Not make me feel worst. This was beyond sucky and I want a refund from Groupon because this is no way a 4-5 star massage place. ZERO STAR MASSAGE MORE LIKE!!!!!! I don't know why GROUPON won't let me do the review, but YELP it is! These people come to work, to work, and not to actually help you with pain or whatever it is you want to feel better on your body. I can't believe I spent that much money and I was nice enough to give them a tip. I shouldn't have. Oh and let me edit this, this place was clean and all, but the couple massage we got was not okay. They kept opening the doors "to get something." And THEY WOULD LEAVE IT OPEN! I AM NAKED UNDER THOSE COVERS! CLOSE THE DOOR OR GET TOWEL/STONE WARMERS IN THE ROOMS! Never. Again. Will I go back here. read more

Absolutely the BEST massage I have experienced from to New York to Los Angeles and all the way here to Honolulu. Firstly, the telephone call was so pleasant. Then the meeting with my masseuse Vicky was wonderful because she was in a great mood, smiling, happy to see me, firm handshake and made feel like she knew me. Inside the building was SUPER CLEAN and very relaxing music. The massage was so professional and took my aches and pains away and I LOVED it.
