What a place to relax! After a half marathon, my sister and I wanted to get a well deserved massage. Our hotel was close by and decided to check out Prana Massage & Spa. The ladies here are very sweet and friendly and answered any questions we had. They were able to accommodate us right away as a walk-in. I've done many massages but decided to try Lomi Lomi massage for the first time and it was amazing 10/10. Pea was great! Her pressure was on point and it was a very thorough full body massage. Bed was super warm which was nice. We liked it so much that we added on a 30 min Foot Reflexology session that completed the whole relaxation experience. We are so glad we stopped by. Came here for a massage. Decided to try this place based on reviews. We had a 4pm appointment and got here about 15 minutes before. We were asked to come at 4:05 as the rooms were not ready. There's only a small waiting room with a couple of chairs. So we went to checkout the stores in the building. Came back at 4:05 and had a short wait before we were shown to our rooms. Front office was disorganized and it felt chaotic. Not a great way to start your massage. My masseuse was Cocoa. Started with a dry massage which was a little soft. I asked for more pressure and she obliged. When she got ready to use oil for the massage, I felt like she bathed me in oil!! I had oil dripping off my shoulders onto my neck area. My back was really slick you can almost slide around on it!! Massage wise, Cocoa did an ok job. She did wipe me down with a hot wet towel after the massage so I didn't feel too greasy. It wasn't a very relaxing massage for me. I'm not sure I would come back. read more

Brought my mom and MIL here for Mother's Day as they offered a Mother's Day special. They offer parking validation and as you walk into the building their suite was a couple feet from the security post. The spa is cozy, cute and calming. I did not part take in any treatments but while waiting for my mom and MIL for their treatment to finish, they have seats, small bite size snacks and refreshments available. My mom and MIL loved the treatment. They loved their massage therapists and how well they did the massages and hands and foot treatment. They felt relaxed and were in total bliss. They even talked about wanting to come back. Staff and owner are friendly, helpful and attentive when assessing my mom and MIL with their intake forms. Overall very happy I got my mom and MIL these treatments for Mother's Day. Look forward to pampering them in the future. read more

Cool little spot close to the Hilton and Double Tree in Honolulu. Was the first one there but they got me in fast and got started after filling out a form. The form described what you want your message to focus on, even though the masseuse went over it with me she did not follow through on instructions. The only other thing that did not line up was that they gave me the smallest masseuse lol she was trying so hard but did not to it as hard as I needed. A for effort though! The place was clean and nice, the first receptionist was nice the second one when paying was a little off, they do add a $5 processing fee? for using a credit card that was not mentioned, hopefully it wasn't an added second tip. My wife loved hers so that was the most important part for me. Will see if I book again next time here, good value for buck. read more

Located within walking distance of the Hilton Hawaiian village. I was able to make an appointment online the same morning. I scheduled a one hour massage and a 30 minute facial. When I got there they offered a package for an hour massage, 30 minute facial, and foot massage, all within my 1.5 hour time restraint. The facial was really amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place. I had been having really bad back pain as I work a desk job in the morning and serve tables at night. My back pains had been going on for around a month before I couldn't take it anymore and I decided that I really needed to get a massage. I called Prana around 12:30PM to see if they had any same day appointments available and they were able to fit me in at 2PM! I thought that was really convenient. I booked a massage and scalp treatment. I went in not knowing what to expect, but from the moment I walked in, they were very prompt and professional. I filled out a form and then they put me in a private room with very relaxing nature sounds and dim lights. Shortly after the masseuse entered and she was AMAZING! I'm talking like BEST MASSAGE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE AMAZING. She really found all the knots in my back and really focused and took her time to massage them all out, and then proceeded with the rest of my body. I felt great after, no stiffness at all. I will say the only down side was that I felt like the scalp treatment didn't do much, so I wouldn't recommend that. After my massage they offered me a free bottle of water which was great because I was extremely thirsty. Next time I want to try their facials! My husband found this place via Google maps. I felt like I had an upper left shoulder and neck kink and that a good massage may ease it. We called and booked a couple's massage called "The Falling In Love." Well, we definitely fell in love with this place and the thorough and thoughtful way they took their time to work on each part of our bodies. I had noted on the questionnaire that I was experiencing that upper body left side kink and they definitely spent a good time helping my muscles in that area ease in tension. Both of our masseuses were very well skilled in their massage techniques. My eyes crossed with relief when he hit that upper left neck and shoulder knot. When they finished, we got up and both looked at each with that "wow, that was so good!" look and felt so blessed by the great experience. Already thinking if we can make it back tomorrow, for one more massage on our last full day Waikiki. I am one lucky wife this evening because my husband was wise enough to find this place.
