Once they took us into the room the music was relaxing and they did a great job to ask where to focus and check in to make sure the pressure wasn't too much/too little. I had A LOT of tension in my back. While she was working on some problem areas I asked some questions about why it might be so tense/painful and it definitely was a mix of working out the pain to feel relief. The big takeaway was that I shouldn't go years between massages. After the massage we went back to the relaxation room and drank more water before heading out to pay. The facial was lovely and my skin looked moisturized and less wrinkled on the forehead. I was convinced into purchasing a Genesis Z device which included 12 facials and some face products. The facial was included with the Genesis Z package and I was able to schedule my next facial for the next month. I just went for my second facial and it was fantastic. Although I had some buyer's remorse after agreeing to purchase the Genesis Z device on a 24 month Affirm plan, I now think it's worth it. For less than $140/month I get facials, the Genesis Z device, which I use every other day, and a jar or moisturizer and a manuka honey peel, plus access to their massage chairs at each visit. Looking forward to my next facial!

I went in for the 3rd facial and had to wait 30 minutes for a facial treatment that was very mediocre. They basically just put a mask on my face and walked away. I could have done at home. They were out of the facial cleanser which I needed to refill and they were out of parking validation. Every time I would go in they would scan my face and try to sell me a product for thousands of dollars. I tried to call the credit card company and dispute the charges but I can not do anything to get my money back after 120 days. This company knows exactly the scam they are running. They will give you okay service for the first few months and then treat you like crap if you do not continue to purchase there scam products.

I don't like massage that is light/soft/gentle squeeze. My friend preferred that and got matched with a staff who can accomodate. For feet, you soaked them in a tub first. I noticed they used lotion for feet but not anywhere else on the body (head, arms, etc.). I guess different places do different things. At one point a dog barked a couple of times. I was relaxed until I was woken up by the barking. I can hear staff members going "sshhh! sshhh!" and the dog stopped. After massage ended, we went back to the lobby. They first sit you down on the chair & bring in a basket of warm water to soak your feet in while they give you a quick back rub. Then they offer you an option of clothes on or off. I opted for off to get the full experience. My goodness guys...I recommend Zu Dao 100/100. The price was totally reasonable for a 90 minute massage and woooo did they work out allll the aches & pains in my entire body. I Loved Every Single Second of it!! They are now my go-to. Forever.
